The restrooms looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a month. Literally piles of dust and grime on top of everything. I went in and washed my hands and walked out I didn’t even want to use it. The issue is this is a good establishment and the employees that make my food are using this restroom. I hope I don’t get sick. There was another employee hanging out the entire time we were there flirting with another employee. They ran out of some of our food and they didn’t heat my quesadilla up enough to melt. Food not made correctly. Avoid this Taco Bell if you can. The manager didn’t look like he cared either

Unbelievably slow and the lobby is closed. It seems they only take one or two orders at a time, leaving vehicles to pile in the Fred’s parking lot. Unless you’re coming here in the morning, don’t even bother. You’d get your food faster walking into Fred’s next door, going home and cooking it yourself.

Disappointed with food. I ordered the huge taco box and wanted just cheese tacos no lettuce or tomato they put sour cream and no cheese. I also ordered a new item they had no idea it existed and they also forgot my drinks. Very fustrating because I don’t eat out often. The food was good but got my order very wrong, it seems like they don’t care about their jobs.

I just couldn’t with the filthy environment. We don’t eat out much and when we do I expect it to look decent and umm the food wasn’t wrapped right. 5hwy were all gossiping and having fun which is nice to be able to work and have fun but business is business. There was a black female she was rude saying inappropriate stuff in the back staring at us while she ate in the kitchen lol check cameras for Monday September 5th 845 to 930 pm ish.. other than that cistomer service was great.. here’s some pictures I took.. zoom in if you like. I 100 percent suggest going to tacobell day in northpole since other one is closed. Northpole one is nice and quiet . I’ve been there a few times and never a bad experience

Old food on 3 different occasions. Tacos only had half beef, not tall, literally left to right only had beef on one side. They got the most recent order incorrect and didn’t fix it correctly on return. I counted 3 pieces of tiny chicken in the quesadilla. Poor customer service.

Seriously probably the worst Taco Bell on the planet. The dining room is never open, despite the app showing so. Regularly 20-minute long drive-thru lines even if you pre-ordered. Tonight they insisted I’d already picked up my food, I had to ask three times for my drink, and when I had the gall to ask for a straw I was told I should have checked the bag (I did and it wasn’t included). And with the most sarcastic smirk ever, the unhelpful and life hating drive-thru lady tells me to have a nice day. Not very believable, but same to you. Must be a miserable life arguing with a customer about a straw.

Honestly, who expects much from Taco Bell? You kind of know you’re going to get what you get, but even still, with that in mind, it was a little subpar. Drive-through staff was rude, order had to be corrected twice, and things were extremely high priced!! Especially the drinks: ridiculous, almost!! $5 for a slushy drink?!?! Overall, just a very …. MEH experience.
