We went in to order and when our order was called it was missing one of the meals. We only ordered two so it wasn’t a complicated order. When I went back to get my second order I had to wait a really long time because a drive thru customer was already there complaining about all the missing items in her to go order. Not a fun experience. Maybe it was just an off time for them. Who knows since we are from another state and just went there since it was convenient.

Waited in line because it was late for 20 minutes only to be told they would only take 1 order per vehicle, even though one of our orders was mobile and already paid for. So we only were able to get food for one person. Got the excuse it was because they were short staffed, and then had the window closed in my face.

Something has changed in the ingredients they are now using, I suspect that they are using a beef soy hybrid, it tastes raunchy. Along with smaller servings and higher prices they have reduced my visits from 8 times a month to maybe once. To bad for the friendly staff and well maintained facility.

So I don’t normally go to taco bell or fast food in general for that matter but when it’s late at night there’s not much choice here in town. So I finally broke down and went to the drive thru the other night, there’s always a long line, not because it’s that busy, but it’s that they’re soooo slow at producing food (perhaps it’s a work force issue IDK) but I must’ve waited 15 minutes for 4 cars in front of me before I could get the speaker and order, only when you get there the guy tells you to “hold on one second”, so they can make food and serve it to the person at the window before taking my order… I don’t understand why they can’t handle taking more than one order at a time but it wasn’t worth the wait, I only ordered two taco supremes and they forgot the tomatoes…. Was the first time in years going there and it will be years before going again.
