False advertisement on their pricing. Items listed as incorrect price on menu both outside and inside. After going inside because we were rung up for the wrong price was told that the menu has the wrong price listed and there is nothing they can do about the overcharging. Rather than talk to corporate, or post a notice of incorrect price, the manager informed me there is nothing they can do.

Absolutely the WORST Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. They don’t like to make the limited specials like the Grilled cheddar chalupa they claim they are out of product. The bags of food they hand out rarely have the correct order. The staff are so rude and unprofessional. They act like the customer is bothering them.

Maybe they were training, or maybe they just didn’t know what was going on. But I promise you I do not need taco sauce for my KFC chicken. They had one good worker and she was taking orders and running to the window to help the guy, who I am assuming is the new kid, with taking payments as well as running food out to people. Kudos to her, she deserves a raise for being so quick, calm and polite.

Made the special trip from Seattle to Toppenish just to experience THIS Taco Bell in the secret gem city of Washington. Just kidding, we were only passing through. Toppenish is actually great. Especially if your car needs gas. And the Taco Bell did hold up to our bean-loving expectations.

Wasn’t the best service. I normally get things mixed up at McDonald’s, but two times in line after they messed up my 1st order, and still screwed it up. Mountain dew is green, not dark! Also when doing tacos, I asked for soft on one order but everything was crunchy. Wasn’t about to go through the line a few more times. Spent almost $100.00 for orders that were not even correct… Ugh. I also had everything written down that I ordered as well… Well I am not sure I will be going to Tacobell for a while if they can’t fix someone’s orders without saying, ‘oh ok’

RUDE. Employees can’t answer simple questions regarding the menu. Can’t count change, or hand it back to you without throwing it for that matter. Every single time you order they have you pull up, even if there’s already a car there. The order is NEVER correct.
