They force you to use the kiosks and won’t help you at the front counter. Normally I wouldn’t care. BUT they don’t put the whole menu into the kiosks. So you can never find what you are trying to order. If you click “burrito” looking for a Burrito. You will NOT FIND THE ITEM. They literally have advertised multiple things that are not even on the kiosk menu. So you have to ask at the front counter. But they will ignore you for 10 minutes minimum. I walked out with nothing. There is also no search button to get around the broken menu. 0 out of 10 experience. Left hungry and irritated.

This is a very difficult review to write, simply because some of the food just really doesn’t make the cut in my point of view. And some of the food for example the nacho fries with buffalo chicken are very superior and outstanding if you ask me. This is truly and honestly all I had to say about Taco Bell. The tacos are decent. Despite the fact that the tacos aren’t of my liking, the customer service is super friendly and warmed hearted which I really appreciate from them. Over all I rate them a 4 starts out of 5 starts, mainly just because of there superior nacho fries 🙂

Never have the full menu. If you go during the day or morning your food is going to be spot on but if you go at night good luck. They never have anything for some reason at night. Employees are very rude also at night.

It seems like it’s always hard to get acknowledged here. I can be at the front for 5 minutes or more until someone assists me. It’s simple you work in a job that offers customer service. Acknowledging customers goes a long way. Management is dropping the ball here im guessing.

The place used to be the best taco bell… 15 years ago. It’s steadily gotten worse over the years. Prices are raised which I understand from inflation. However, the food quality is random. Sometimes it is good and sometimes it is worse. The staff themselves mess up orders more consistently than they do correct ones. I don’t mean that they messed up once or twice. I mean they mess up atleast half the time I go there. And if you get home and your order was wrong they won’t even fix it unless you come back immediately and let your other food get cold. It saddens me to say but they have lost my business after just one too many messups. Missing items, failure to listen to food instructions (asking no sour cream), and incompetent/rude staff. Will actively recommend people avoid the place.

Check your order they constantly miss items every single time, i am not kidding. then when you get home and call oh well you can come back and get them or come in any time and get them. How does that help me i live 15 minutes away im not going to drive another 30 minutes because they f’d up. Then it a whole ordeal to get a refund the next day and they make you feel like its your fault and your just hasseling them.
