They started using an iPad to order in the drive thru line with a staff member. It’s a pain to try to read a menu on the iPad and I don’t want to scan a QR code to see the menu on my phone. I just want to look at the big menu pictures and order my food quickly. It was so frustrating I just got plain tacos for my kids and skipped ordering food for my wife and I. I’ll try a different place if that’s the way I have to order food again.

Good location. It is easy to get in and out of this taco bell. Like all Taco bells, the food is fairly decent. Some of it is a little overpriced for what you get, but there are always some really great options to be had with value items. Staff is very friendly and welcoming, atmosphere is about what you would expect from a taco bell. Service was quick.

Stood in line with others waiting for someone to take our orders, no one responded. After 5 minutes of being ignored we were told to use the kiosk ordering screen as we watched people working to fill drive up orders. We all left. I had 2 wonderful tamales at Los Hernandez!

Earlier in the week, I saw an ad on tv for a Crispy Melt Taco. I’d also seen the ad on TikTok. So, I decided to swing into Taco Bell to try this new taco. Instead of being able to drive up to the menu board and order it, I was greeted by an employee with an ipad-looking thing who wanted to take my order before being able to see the menu board. I asked her if their menu board was out of order (as in, why are you and a second employee just standing out here in 40F weather when I am the only customer?) She said they were just trying something new. Why would you think that putting 2 employees outside in the cold and making customers order before being able to see your ever-changing menu would be a good idea? I told her I wanted that new Crispy Melt Taco and she informed me that they stopped carrying it 3 days ago. This is the second time I’ve seen something advertised and then been told they’re no longer carrying it. So, now I’m faced with having to pick something else with no menu to look at. I told her nevermind. This was all just too much. Put your employees back inside where they’re actually accomplishing something productive instead of complicating the process and making them freeze outside.

Went through the drive ordered a number 6 Chalu pa combo and asked for two handful of mild sauce and only got four and worker said they had to sparely on them because they were running short. And the drink I got the lid was not on all the way. Customer service is to make the customer happy . You lost my business at the taco bell store 030515. 12/13/2022.
