I understand the whole not having staff but when you have a line of people in your lobby and absolutely NO ONE says anything to anyone for 10+ minutes and then someone comes up and says “I’m just letting you all know I don’t have time to take all of these orders” and someone else pops out of the back and says “you guys just need to realize there is going to be a wait”

Of course it’s the same Taco Bell you are used to just conveniently located inside of the Flying J travel center. Equipped with a drive through for fast service and open dining area 24 hours a day. The long time crew here has always been super fast and friendly. Probably one of my best experiences with Taco Bell. *HUGS* to the crew!

I would give zero stars if I could! This location is poorly managed, and employees(PM ONES) are very rude and disrespectful. Last week I got I ordered and paid for extra chips, and when I got home, the chips were terrible. It had a strong smell and tasted bitter, so my guess is there were very old, maybe for display!

Best Taco Bell ever! Friendly staff, food comes out relatively fast for a truck stop location. Always see the staff smiling, rare these days. Haven’t had anyone give me any of that stereotypical fast food attitude ever, and that’s just flat awesome.

This place should have Taco Bell removed from its building. This place is so slow we sat in the drive through for 30 minutes. My wife won’t let me stop there with her. I went to another location and wham bam we were out in minutes. This place is a disgrace to drive throughs. Ps they get tired and put out an orange cone to block the drive through. I can drive into town get the ingredients and make my own faster than “Taco Snail”. It’s a real shame as many people were so excited when it opened.

I’ve lived down the road from this Taco Bell since it’s been opened, me and my wife love Taco Bell! But they always have the worst wait times (very slow) even when no one else is in line! They forget something every time even as little as straws or utensils! They’re always out of stuff, drinks, food, or system is down. It’s always something every time I go through this Taco Bell, it’s almost making me go into Tumwater to get Taco Bell with how horribly ran this Taco Bell is! Hopefully this can fixed.
