Walked into the Taco Bell/Kentucky Fried Chicken in the Fred Meyer area off of 176th & Meridian for a quick dinner tonight to ALL THE LOBBY LIGHTS OFF!!! Chairs up like they were closed…at 7:30 at night! But then I read the sign….drive thru customers take priority over walk in customers!! What in the world is wrong with good customer service????? I’m a business owner and if I pulled this on my customers, I would be out of business!! Apparently they don’t want people to come in the restaurant anymore. Why don’t they just lock the door and say it!!!

This the worst TB and KFC I’ve ever been to. Never will I go back again. I ordered the 2 piece chicken meal and the chicken was not eatable and the mashed potatoes were dry and the gravy set almost all day. It was not eatable. The chalupas were discussing, I ordered beef and got chicken. I hate chicken. We didn’t even know it was open because all the lights were out. What a joke. Employees gone wrong and taking advantage of the franchise. Total disappointment.

Fastest fastfood place around that I’ve been to. The food is not only fast like it should be that none of their competitors have figured out, but it is always 100% correct and hot. To boot their staff is friendly and actually pay attention to the customer

Great service. I came during dinner rush to dine in. There was a slight wait but wasn’t much. Front counter person was very nice and professional. The kitchen team seemd to be doing very good job together. Only thing stopping me from giving a 5 star was the bathrooms were a bit dirty and there were no napkins in the dining room

The quality of the Taco Bell food has gone down hill at this location!! My supreme tacos look like nobody working the food line gives a care, hardly any meat, lettuce, tomato, cheese or sour cream. Looks like they were just slammed together at near $3 bucks a taco they should be loaded. This isn’t the first time either, I keep hoping it will get better but it doesn’t just gets worse. The other sad thing is that I ordered drive thru so you can’t check you food quality until you get to where you are going. I did call and spoke with the manager, he told me he would be watching the line and talk with his employees. I think the original founders of Taco Bell would be very disappointment in how poorly the quality of their product is being sent out for the general public to eat. Shame on YOU!

I decided to come here since the other Taco Bell was only doing online orders. I worked at Taco Bell twice as a kid. This job is seriously NOT that hard. I never seen such incompetence. I asked for a double decker. She quickly let me know that they don’t have those. I explained that I know they don’t have it, but I asked for a regular taco and a soft taco with bean so I can make a double decker myself. She cut me off to “nicely” let me know she knows what I mean. Then I asked for a Dr. Pepper. She goes on to “nicely” tell me that I need to pick something from their menu that they do have. My bad. I laugh and apologize. Then I’m handed a bag overpacked to the brim with my tacos. I get home to hand my husband his double decker taco makings…. I found a regular bean burrito with onions, two hard tacos with beans and two soft tacos with beans. Then I looked for my 3 crunchy tacos with no sour cream meal… I got only one taco. Then as for my two boys… one got his two crunchy tacos. The other wanted two soft tacos with just meat and cheese… didn’t get them at all. But I did get two crunchy tacos with just meat and cheese.

Most of the time our order is correct and fine, but tonight for some reason, my nachos were just crumbs ( maybe 3 whole chips and the rest crumbs) and then when I’m about halfway through with them I find this pink tag type thing in them. Yuck

They weren’t wanting to redeem my two free tacos from T-Mobile Tuesday’s even though I Specifically mentioned it right when I came up to counter and showed the app. So I went to Wendy’s ordered nuggets and fries came back to redeem free tacos. Was going to order more from TACO BELL but they have horrible listening skills might come back but might drive farther for better service.
