I have gone to this Taco Bell two times both before 10pm which is supposedly the closing time. The first time I was there at 930pm and when I went through the drive thru they said they couldn’t take my order since they were closing. The second time I got there at 940pm all the lights were off and there were 5 cars that belonged to the employees parked outside and they were seating in their cars. Maybe you guys should update your closing time to 9pm and then your employees can be off by 930pm after cleaning etc.

I’ve had only good experiences at this Taco Bell. Everytime i order, the food is always so hot and they make it super fast. They’ve gotten my order wrong only one time but regardless, the food is hot and the service is decent so 🙂

I would give them no stars if I could. Finally after the 10th time of my order being wrong I am here to say that maple valley Taco Bell needs and entirely new staff, new owner or or to be boycotted until there is ANY improvement. If I have to go inside not once, not twice but 3 times after I sat in the drive thru listening to a young man cough on the speaker.. just to ask to have the items I was charged for and didn’t receive, to then be argued with there is a huge problem in business and customer service. Who is running this joint?

This is the last time we come to this location. We drove up 2.5 hours before closing and they were out of chicken. When we asked all the chicken? They said they had chicken tenders, which was good because that’s what we wanted. Ordered 8 tenders and 3 of them were popcorn chicken size. Only two where tender size, the others were like medium. Then the chalupas were cold and soggy. Gross.

Had a small order, and I am still waiting out front, like I was instructed to, for my food. It’s been about 10 minutes, and this is the 2nd time it’s happened.

Waited at the front counter over 5 minutes before any employee acknowledged me. And they weren’t short handed. There was 5+ employees behind the counter. This wasn’t a one time experience either. It happens Everytime I go in the lobby. Drive through is slightly faster.

Ordered a volcano combo among other things and they didn’t give us the volcano taco. Got a regular (falling apart) taco instead. Very disappointing.

It seams like the people here don’t really want to work, the lights are always off and it looks closed even when it’s not. When you pull up to the menu to order don’t be surprised if it takes a long time for someone to talk over the speaker.
