Im so sad saying this.. I just pulled someone’s hair out of both my mouth and a taco so I know it wasn’t mine(still in the food I’m about to eat so thankful it pulled ).. I’m pretty grossed out&ive worked in food.. This is the second time recently, my partner found the last one… I forgot that happened for a moment cause I was craving tacos after work @midnight & I don’t have many options at that time.. But you should be able to see if hair gets in.. Places I worked we had hair nets.. I’m just so disappointed… I’ve never made a review like this but that’s not cool

Go there twice a year for my kids. Out of the half dozen times over the years my order has never been right, and it’s not even close to what we ordered. I get it, it’s Taco Bell, however a basic extra step to verify what the customer ordered is similar to what you’re providing is a badly needed step in the process.

So incredibly rude, I put in a mobile order but it went to the wrong store. I tried to ask if there was anything they could do but the lady at the counter just kinda shooed me away. I called the one it was sent to and they were no help either. I ended up having to place a second order this time at the right location and they seemed so rude to me when handing it over. Like I work in food service too I’m not trying to be a Karen but it was just such an unpleasant experience having an issue with the app and just being ignored.

I’ve never written a negative review but recently this Taco Bell has messed up my order so many times. Today I ordered cheesy fiesta potatoes and nacho fries. The cheesy fiesta potatoes only had cheese in it, no potatoes or sour cream, just the cheese sauce. The nacho fries had a piece of chicken in it. Usually I don’t mind if my order gets messed up here and there but its been pretty consistent this year.

Guy working the drive through was incredibly rude. Put in our order but they never actually put it in. When we got to the window he was very smug telling us to go through the drive through again despite the long line. I don’t know what this guys problem is but he should be fired.

It’s a Taco Bell, so it’s not like there’s much mystery as to what you’ll be getting here. Food is… like any other Taco Bell in the universe. The menu always has new, weird stuff, but the classic tacos, both hard and soft, are still king.

Messed up my order and didn’t realize until I got home. Went back and they remade the order. Got home, a second time and then realized it still wasn’t the correct order and called for a refund and was denied. Went back a THIRD time because I wanted a refund and was no longer hungry after dealing with trying to get a simple burrito. I will no longer return as a regular customer.

I ordered a burrito add rice and all the rice was on only one side of the burrito, I also got nacho frys and the nacho cheese wasn’t hot at all. I didn’t get a receipt which I’m assuming was on purpose so I couldn’t leave a bad survey. You can tell they are cutting corners to save every last penny bc the nacho cheese cup is a paper cup and the straw for my drink broke in half as soon as I put it in my drink, by far the worst experience at a taco bell I’ve ever had, this store should be put into better hands

Taco Bell is the one place i can count on that has vegetarian options, but this location NEVER gets my order right and without fail there is always meat on my food. It is really disappointing when they claim to make it really easy to customize their food.
