Ordered ahead online and the sign outside says please come inside for online pickup or delivery orders 11am-11pm. We arrived with a HORRIBLE Line at the drive-thru and saw the sign at 10:40pm so I went to the door and it was locked . The employees inside just stood and looked at me. I have now been waiting in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes and haven’t even moved one vehicle forward in line…. This is ridiculous my food is probably already cold.

Went there a couple days ago. EXTREMELY bad service with Isaiah. Had to repeat my order to him 3 times even after that, he was having trouble hearing me. I pulled up and he starts screaming at me like it’s my fault. I’m sorry too much but that’s his fault young mister. I can’t give zero if not I would have. 1 star HORRIBLE service won’t be back there ever again just because of him.

Isaiah is the best person to get orders from (i think that is his name super tall, slim, nice guy), super friendly and always gets orders right. He deserves a raise! My husband and I tip to him whenever we have cash. Great guy!

What a mess guys. Ordered on your kiosk because I didn’t have a choice. One of my items didn’t come with potatoes because they were out (I paid extra for them, no refund) Then instead of two large drinks that I paid for they gave me 4 mediums (because they were out of cups). Gonna have a hard time finishing my road trip with only two cup holders. As we sat down to eat a guy drove straight from the drive thru and walked inside to get a missing item. To top it off when we went to leave we couldn’t find a trash can that wasn’t overflowing.

My drive thru order was incomplete. I went inside to grab the rest of my order before I was late for work and the manager was very rude. A Hispanic employee on the assembly line came to the rescue which I’m very much grateful for. He easily fixed an issue that the manager wasn’t trying to do or by the looks of it didn’t know how. How about when we hire employees we make sure they know actual customer service!! Instead of just throwing someone into the position. I will not go into Taco Bell no more when that tall thin manager is working.

Expect the drive through to take anywhere from 15-40 minutes with only 5 cars. They must only have like 1 or 2 people working because the service can be extremely slow at times. It averages like 1 car every 5-10 minutes. Do not attempt getting food on your lunch break because your lunch break will be over and you’ll STILL be in line! I’m not joking, I timed it and it took 30 minutes and still have not ordered.

Customer service sucks. Walk in and online orders are not done in the order they are received. Drive thru customers get priority. There has not been one time that I have been in this store that I didn’t hear the employees saying, ” I’m sorry we are out of” so many items. One time the employee had a list so long it took almost a whole minute to say what they were out of.

I don’t know what happened to the quality or quantity of the food but I cannot believe how much money we spend when we go out to these fast food restaurants. There is hardly any guts to the tacos or burritos they’re dripping with grease. And nothing stays together. Again the crew is all under the age of I’m assuming 20 and none of them have any customer service skills nor a desire to please customers they seemed just to be there to socialize.
