I do not recommend going to this taco bell you’ll have better service at the Redmond location. I came in and used a free taco coupon and they did not wrap it correctly because as soon as I opened the wrapper the whole taco came open and nearly spilled everything out in my car and the employee that handed me my order just threw the bag on the counter not to mention the average wait time for your food is 30+ minutes. You’re better off driving the 40 minutes to Redmond where customer service is better and they actually care about the customers

This place is closed at the strangest times, basically whenever they feel like it. 3pm on a Tuesday? Closed. Noon on a Saturday? Closed. Sunday? Closed all day? It’s so strange.

This has to be the worst Taco Bell I have ever gone to. Customers are definitely not their priority. Fast food or not service and quality should be first and foremost. Never any napkins, never sauces, employees are not friendly. Never a smile or thank you. I suggest you stay home and make your own tacos.

Really weird hours and are randomly closed even when they say they’re open. They’ve gotten better in the past few months, but the wait times in the drive-thru are hit and miss. Sometimes it’ll be super fast, and other times it takes 30-40 mins to get your food. One of the only reasons I keep coming back is because they’re always super nice.

Took over 30 minutes for them to make our simple breakfast boxes. Had to go with a meat we didn’t request because they ran out of sausage and bacon for any of their breakfast foods. They had been open for an hour when we ordered our food. Unfortunately this happens often. Waiting over 30 minutes for food unfortunately has happened to us on multiple occasions.

This Taco Bell is improving every day. It is nice to be able to come inside and enjoy a meal again.

These days you’re wasting your time driving here. Who closes at 2pm on Sunday’s??? In the past, the lobby has consistently been closed, causing the Drive Thru line to take 30+ minutes. One time they even “ran out” of food right as we got to the line after waiting. It’s an absolute joke of a Taco Bell Franchise that the company should force them to sell or close

Waited to order at the counter. No one approached me for a while and then I was told to order at the kiosk. Ordered at the kiosk, kiosk told me to pay at the counter.. so I waited a while just to pay.

Taco Bells Prineville hours are definitely a reflection of the owners inability to 1. Keep good employees and give them proper compensation to allow the business to stay open for barely more than 7 hours a day 2. Reflect the fact they are probably floating off the franchise as some sort of “business write off.” And 3. Willingness to put in maximum effort to support a new business in Prineville as a community. I have met several people that work here. They have all expressed their distaste in the owners and their actions/behaviors toward employees that I will not go into detail about. I feel bad for the people who put in the maximum effort to make Taco Bell a good experience.

Got the crispy chicken wings limited time via the app. Food was freshly prepared and hot. The drive-thru line can take a while even with 3 customers, so expect to need patience. The staff turn over frequently but they are nice and work to deliver a good experience.
