don’t normally have an issue at this location however this time around I may never come back, ordered my food around 5 am a steak grilled cheese burrito and a steak quesadilla now clearly there’s no steak on this quesadilla, nor Is the cheese melted. not to mention another patron complained about their food being cold, too add to this the gentleman working the counter wasn’t very friendly and visibly seemed to be in a bad mood, after paying nearly $20 for food you’d expect decent service and good food, this visit was the complete opposite

Best Taco Bell experience in a long time, especially given it’s a late weekend night. The cashier was very nice and double checked he had the order correct. Food was made quickly and also very well.

Trash. the manager with the urkle glasses very rude. they forgot half of our food they can’t hear anything. this place needs help especially be the one for the truckers and people traveling.the food we got taste like chemicals so we didn’t eat my wife is pregnant and if something had happened to my unborn or my wife because they can’t do there job or can’t take consumer feed back I swear to the heavens above I used to love taco bell and damn now days I think I’m just half to say no more fast food especially this taco bell stuff is to expensive for horrible quality food

I just had the worst tacos ever made by man. The staff was rude and acted like I inconvenienced them just by showing up to order food. The food was missing ingredients. The tortias were stake and hard. The wrappers were literally rolled into the tacos. I am never going back. I highly recommend you do everything you can to avoid this subpar rude poorly run franchise.

I went here on July 20th had great service no issues with my food mike was really helpful I didn’t get rushed while I was ordering he wish I had a good day and a great meal definitely one of the best interactions ever from here thank u for making me feel welcome at this taco bell location

Waited 30 minutes to be handed the wrong drink, which oh well no big deal. And then after another 5 minutes of nothing we were finally handed our “deluxe cravings box”. Turns out after we drive off it was the complete wrong order. It can’t be that hard of a job!

The stupid Hispanic employee on night shift 0300 on 07/15 refused to serve any food. I told him on Google and on the store hours listed outside the store it says this taco bell is listed as 24/7. He still refused to take my order and the white kid next to him gave the excuse as they are short staffed and couldn’t serve me….I was the only customer that night.

I can not rate this place. Terrible service.. Every Taco Bell from Washington down to the bottom of California if i want to substitute for a soft taco they do it. Not this place the female who took my order proceeded to tell me they cant do it cause its too messy to put it in my Cravings box. Im a Truck Driver with limited places to eat on the road. No stars. I will be contacting corporate!

So I went through the drive-thru and the person who came through the speaker was very nice and let me take my time ordering (I never can decide and luckily no one was behind me). I even asked for beans instead of meat and he made sure to ask if I wanted both items in my meal that way. At the window I saw his name was Joe, I hope he gets kudos. He has great customer service. My food was made correctly and was delicious! Thank you!
