Ordered fron drive through. I was at the Ordered microphone and had wait and wait. They would ask me to several time as they had too many orders. When I finally received my order and took it out of the bag it not wrapped well. Much of the Lettuce and cheese fell out taco. The meat and sour cream was only in 1/2 of the taco. Oof. Something was off with our beef. It smelled weird and was served cold. We ate part of it before we realized it was no bueno, and we got the trots and a tummy ache thanks to whatever was wrong with it. Not going to this location ever again. You’re better off going to Muchas Gracias next door.

This Taco Bell is very competitive against other Taco Bells and often ranks #1 against countless other stores in the state… meaning even if they’ve got a line, you will get your food in a reasonable amount of time. And it will be hot. As a Doordash driver I’ve been absolutely stunned at their consistency and performance on many, many occasions. Even as their employees change, the performance remains. And in the last year I’ve only seen them close early one time, whereas all the other stores have problems with running out of meat, and closing early due to staffing issues. Other stores can’t handle a rush. Only go to West Main!

Terrible all Medford locations upcharge there food. So it is advertised on tv and on signs as one price and they upcharge for no reason at all. Then when you ask why the employees don’t know so I call dm and she says in a squeaky ride tone “umm sir we’re a franchise the owner charges whatever he wants.” All I’m saying is if I can get a $5 box in Los Angeles there’s no reason why West main Medford Oregon location should be charging more for advertised food never will I go to a Medford location again and I’ll make sure to tell every single person I know that Medford Taco Bell purposefully upcharges their food.
