Holy cow, we had to wait 47 minutes to get our food, although there weren’t a lot of other guests. I don’t know what takes so long to fill a freaking taco. It isn’t like they have to cook every meal fresh. It’s just like Burger King or McDonald’s. And they closed the store 2 hours before the official closing time. Online pickups couldn’t be picked-up because the customers weren’t able to enter the store. The doors were locked. LOL

Waiting currently for over 30 min. Heard nothing from employees or anything at all. This is the slowest fast food place I’ve ever been to. I will never come here again. This is the easiest and fastest food of all the fast food chains. I can’t believe how horrible this place was or I should say is since I’m still here. And seemingly will be until next month. Wow.

Drive though service needs training. With four cars in front, your order should be waiting along with your drink when you get to the window, not starting your order. I understand the company is having a difficult time finding drug free employees. At $15.00 per hour and with other benefits.

They need help!!! This location really needs more team members! They have a kiosk, so you can order food. It seems like there were only two people running this spot. Food took a while, but once it was ready, it was correct and warm! Clean bathrooms.

Be aware if u get food delivered expect them to have ur food as there last priority over drive threw and walk ins im starting to think they do it to the doordash drivers on purpose i feel bad for them they are effected by it the most… new manager tyler speaks to workers n customers like garbage and big boss lupe is his friend n neighbor so she wont do anything about it if u want to complain call HR or district manager her name is jane she is good she will take care of buisness if she is aware…STEP IT UP TACO BELL
