Morgan was probably the rudest cashier I’ve encountered in a long while. Waited 20 mins for a cup of coffee to be made wrong and missing 1/4 of the cup. I work at a different Taco Bell I know this coffee is not only made wrong but shouldn’t be missing 1/4 of the cup. I was told to park because they didn’t turn on the grills but she didn’t give me my coffee said she was brewing it and would bring it out. Ten mins into waiting I go inside to get my coffee that should have taken 30-45 seconds to brew. She was annoyed and told me she has to make it still. Said it takes 45 seconds and you said you were making it ten minutes ago. Then when I told her I’d like the rest of my coffee she told me that’s how it comes still being rude and snobby. I know it doesn’t for a fact. But that’s cool Morgan just cost y’all a customer. The guy making the food was great offered to remake my cup of coffee for me but I told him not worry I just left a tell the bell review for them. To bad he couldn’t be the one to handle our transaction, Morgan needs a new job

You guys really need to change the oil in the fryer. My chips and cinnamon twists were SO incredibly sour tasting that I had to spit them out. I thought for a moment that I had been eating food tainted by fryer *cleaner* as it was that horrible. You guys are going to be losing revenue once everyone realizes they can’t order the few extra dollars worth of desserts and sides. I know I am not going to be ordering them again, from this restaurant anyway. Literally the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve had.

no complaints besides the fact that they use way to much salt on their chips and it ruins them. u cant say “thats how they come” when no other tacobell chips taste like that anyway great service pls less salt i beg (also seeing alot of other reviews saying the same, i think its the oil and the salt our fryer in albany gets gross tasting fast but never that bad)

Everytime I order, whether it be online or at the store, something is always either wrong or forgotten. When I order online and go to pick up, they always make me pull around and wait about 20 minutes to get my order. Then I check and they always forget something. Food is still good, customer service is good, but they need to pay attention to everyone’s orders so we aren’t coming back to get forgotten items.

Whichever lady working the drive through Monday 8/14 at 9pm is a real rude person. Kept telling my fiancé to hurry as he was trying to get his food into the side of his motorcycle AND NO ONE WAS BEHIND HIM LET ALONE WERE THEY BUSY. Telling him hes stupid for using different cards. I’m posting this in hopes something gets dealt with, you don’t treat people like that.

Firstly, hardly ever even recognized when walking in. Then no one bothers to come up to take your order. Third, the auto menu doesn’t have the same item as the mounted menus. And lastly who the hell charges 5 freaking dollars for a CHEESE Quesadilla!?!? It is literally the two cheapest and most abundant ingredients! Talk about a PERFECT example of CORPORATE GREED!!. Bet your CEO is making MILLIONS THO!!

Let’s just say I’m surprised I’m writing a 5 star review for Taco Bell! We ordered online and picked up our food. It looked really busy when we pulled up but the service was fast. The order was all correct, workers were friendly, and man the food was great! I am not a fan of Taco bell and never have been. My son and boyfriend do not share my feelings so I gave it a try. I’m glad I did. Everything was freshly prepped because nothing was soggy or cold. Such a difference from other experiences I’ve had with Taco Bell! I really hope whoever is in charge keeps up this momentum!
