Just don’t eat here, it’s horrible. The mgr at the drive thru window will never get your order right, it will be made wrong, and your food will be handled very poorly. First pic shows a negligent amount of cheese sauce on a potato soft taco and the second shows the lack of pride they put into making a basic item like a taco.

Just got the food and it was all cold. The Gordita crunch with nacho cheese had no nacho cheese and was soggy and cold. Very disappointing. The entire order looked old and was definitely not fresh. This is the first review I have ever left. Take a little pride in what you do goodness.

I was accused as being a liar, that my order was complete. I made it home handed out food and realized my part wasn’t there. So, I went back and told them that’s when they said I did get all of my order. Then the so called manager told me to bring the food back, my response was “no because my family is eating theirs”. She continued to argue with me in broken English which is funny to me. I mean if you’re going to argue do it at least fluently please. Oh, then she was talking to another coworker in Spanish. Nice will nice. FU taco bell!

This location constantly locks the doors so you can only use the drive through. I thought it was a one time thing but it has happened over 5 times. I’ve ordered on the app then tried to pickup inside as my work truck wont fit through the drive through. Dont plan on taking lunch breaks here, its inconsistent to say the least. You’ll end up walking through the drive through.

I really dont want to dunk on a place but of the 5 times I’ve been here 4 of them have had waits of over 15 minutes to get my food. This particular location seems to be constantly under-staffed and I’ve seen them have to shut down the drive thru because the parking lot was too packed and the lines too long to functionally serve (waited about an hour that day. Took 15 minutes at least just to get to me with an online order at that. This experience is not included in the 5 times I mentioned). My heart goes out to them but even on the slower days it takes forever for someone to approach the counter and it seems like a separate eternity to get the food. I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all and I feel bad saying it but something efficient should replace this establishment.
