Closed 2 hours before the signs say it’s closed. And it’s weird cuz all the lights are on and there’s a worker inside chilling at a table. But doors are locked. Bunch of people in the parking lot very confused.

Food: As shown in the picture, I ordered 2 Taco supremes open. Both Taco shells were really cold, no meat, & shell cracked right when I unwrapped them both.

AMAZING! Those who have negative words towards this store clearly haven’t worked in fast food before. Staff is a delight to converse with, atmosphere is welcoming, potential mistakes are always repaired. Hands down, one of the best Taco Bell’s I’ve been to.

My taco was broken when I got it, they should of given me a different one, not serve the broken one. Additionally, they need to stir their beef more often. Mine was not flavored correctly. I know, because I worked at a taco bell for over 2 years.

Recently placed a mobile order one afternoon and when I arrived to pick it up there were cones in front of the drive thru and 3 employees standing around outside the rear door. When I asked what was up with the cones one of them said they were closed because they didn’t have enough staff. Mind you there are 3 employees standing around outside in Taco Bell shirts. Yes someone may have been on a break, but that still leaves 2 employees. Clearly management is failing at this location. I had to cancel my order and place it at another location, which ironically only had 2 employees working but had no issues staying open.

This Taco Bell is absolutely deranged. My boyfriend describes the atmosphere as “sinister.” Never had an order that wasn’t missing items AND customizations ignored. We go out of our way to avoid it. There’s a well-managed Taco Bell just down the road!

Don’t go to this location. Drive the extra couple of miles to the one closer to King City. Terrible service, closed randomly with no excuse or warning, constant order errors, and slow as molasses. Wish I could give a zero star rating. Do better.

I beat up fast food often but this taco bell is great. Friendly staff and attentive staff Sierra in particular were great. I go to the Bell a lot and it’s been getting worse and worse. This one is clean, everything works, comfortable seating and it’s not ignore you at the counter like the new order at the kiosk culture in fast food. GJ!
