Got this at about 12:30 AM today. Got three taco Supremes. All them were like this where the shells just fell apart. I’ve been here before and this is the first time the tacos were like this. No napkins in bag and had to go back for a straw. April 11 2023

When I take my time and waste my gas do your drive-thru and you just throw this s*** together it makes me feel like an a******to have to complain about this. I don’t waste my money or my time on people that don’t care about the food that goes out the window while I waste my gas and my money just to come there to get this. I plan to get my money and not return . I can make my food with better care than anybody else

Once again this place was awful! It takes a lot for me to do bad review and I’ve given this place chance after chance over the past couple years. Hoping maybe they would improve. It’s not that hard to get an order right…customer service is horrible, food is soggy and every single time something is missing or incorrect. Always takes 20 min or more to get thru the first time, then if you stop to inspect the order, add another 15 min or more because I guarantee if it’s an order with more than two simple things…something will be wrong! I’ve dealt with that and continue to go there because of convenience. Tonight was the absolute icing on the cake. Ill spare you all the details but know I will never go back there and i will be contacting corporate because obviously by all the reviews, nothing has improved. It has only gotten worse. I will say, when you have a big family and feeding atleast 5 of them taco bell for dinner, it’s not cheap!! If I’m spending the money and being a respectful customer I’d expect to atleast get what I’m paying for.

Took 5 minutes before someone came to the front counter to take mine and 2 other people in line order. They had to buzz me in to use the bathroom and it was disgusting!! I will never come here again!!! She made sure that her large family that came in got their food immediately though and proceeded to talk to and hang out with them in the lobby the whole time.

Waited in line for over 15 minutes before finally getting to the ordering station before being told they can’t take my order since someone ordered 300 burritos.. like your a restaurant.. learn to multitask or don’t take a ridiculous order. I had to back out the drive through and the lady behind me also had too and she hit her car on a yellow structure pole. This location is ridiculous.

The staff seems to turnover frequently. The wait time in the queue is reasonable. The lesser experienced staff sometimes interact awkwardly. On occasion, a more seasoned staffer is too hyper. The age range in these young people figures into the occasional gaffe. The time to receive an order at the takeout window is reasonable, too. Lately, crunchy tacos have been received broken. Burritos can sometimes be wrapped a bit tight, resulting in a spurt of beans and sauce on the first bite. Or, have too little sauce.

Literal trash, I’ve lived in Milwaukie and been coming to this Taco Bell since 2004, I’ve reported to corporate, I’ve talked to the new head manager here who seems nice but clearly cannot handle this location whatsoever. The biggest complaint is food quality and food safety the taco shells or anything fried actually tastes like chemicals, I highly recommend nobody visit this location anymore it should be shut down, I am actually considering testing some of the food at a 3rd party lab for safety as no other Taco Bell’s food tastes overbearingly like chemicals. Something’s up at Oak St Taco Bell avoid at all costs!!!!
