Tired of them making my order wrong. It’s hard for me, being disabled, to get the correct food made by this store vs my order. This business will not give me my money refund. Night management does NOT speak English. So I had to talk to the person who messed up the order. He refused to refund my money on the wrong food, that if I were to eat it, I go to the hospital. He said I should eat it anyway. Very rude customer service. Will never go back to this taco bell, as this rude behavior towards disabled citizens continues.The person who I spoke to was well versed as if they have been memorized just for this purpose. Yes, I think it’s personal with all the orders they can not get right that, I had to return to them to make food right! Right now this store wants to quiver over the meaning of crispy and crunchy. They think they can get away anything because I’m disabled. Or is it that their night crew can’t speak English? Which makes since due to all the orders they got wrong. Still the worst customer service I have ever had!!!

This place is usually really cool if they don’t over sell the show, I went to see Cannibal Corpse there and there were a ton of people spilling out into the hallway. I have never been to a concert that was so over sold in my life, my girlfriend had a major panic attack so we left. However the show I went to last night was great, hopefully they don’t over sell shows like that anymore.

Don’t go to the Taco Bell off of Frontage Road whatever you do!!! I’ll be calling corporate on them first thing Monday morning!!! I was advised to download the mobile app and create an account in order to get the $5 cravings box for $5 instead of $10 (supposedly it’s $10 when you order it in the store or through the drive thru). That next day I came in and see the same guy working there who told me to download the app, however, the cravings box is still showing $10 even though it’s clearly advertised for &5! Michael would not give me the price as advertised in their app. This location is also conducting fraud by stealing customers receipts and scanning them with the mobile app to steal their points!!! The guy behind the counter said they stock pile customers receipts so him and the manager can scan them in their personal apps to get the points and he then refused to give me my receipt since he magically “lost it” after he walked to the back room with it!!! He then gave me someone else’s receipt from earlier that day saying I could have it to get myself some points! I understand times are tough right now but this is just unbelievable!!!

The lady taking my order was snappy and rude. I asked for just the taco and burrito on the number 3. I told her no drink and she replied offering me a choice of two different sodas , so I repeated that I did not want a drink with my order to clarify in which at that point she cut me off. I have respect for fast food workers so I hope you get her a raise or more help and even maybe more customer service training. When I asked for her name at the window, the gentleman Mr Michael (per the receipt) refused asking me why. This is just unacceptable when working in customer service. I don’t need a reason why as I have a right to know who is preparing my food.

We went to the window. Could NOT order as three orders. They were not friendly. Had to ask for sauce, when did green sauce cost .65? Management needs put in this one! My husband went inside and nobody came to the counter, yes they did see him. I thought it was just a fluke with him… nope just not good!

Best taco bell I’ve ever been to. Extremely clean, food came out fast and was hot and well portioned and VERY fresh even for a fast food place. Employees were super nice and friendly even though it was a bit busy.
