Went to the local taco Bella just hungry and wanting something. Order like I normally do. Nothing crazy just some soft tacos a dilla and a freeze. Sounds easy enough. Got my food and when I got the food I got blue raspberry freeze which turned out to be Baja blast freeze. Then on the way home I started to eat one taco. Turns out instead o lid using chicken which I asked for they cut up potatoes. Using them instead of chicken. So I then in term just hope that they made me dilla right. I asked for spicy ranch added which it wasn’t and they couldn’t even take a sec to cut it. What a horrible experience when normally goes so well. Do better please just wanted a quick meal not frustrating dinner cause people wanted to not care about a person just hungry.

This was the worst experience I ever had at a fast food restaurant! At 12:20 me n my friends went to go get food we got the cravings box and 2 tacos and a fiesta potato bowl we went all the way across town to go eat at one of our house and we found out we didn’t get a taco n the potato bowl so we drove back and waited for a long time just for them to not give us our food or our money back and he even looked threw our bag and tried to gives a coupon like girl please. I 100% don’t recommend here the manger is extremely rude giving us faces and all.

Ordered 3 various vegetarian burritos and 2 of them had meat. I only took one bite before realizing and spit most of it out. But I still got sick from it. Totally unacceptable. To make things worse I had been working/driving all day and finally parked for the night about an hour down the road so there was nothing that could be done and I went to bed hungry.

Easy in and out. I was shocked that a burrito supreme is now almost $6!!! Dude! I used to pay $1.49 for those!! Anyway. I got what I ordered quickly with decent service and they made sure to not include raw onions like I asked.

This was the worst Taco Bell experience we’ve ever had. The restaurant and bathrooms were filthy, you had to order from a kiosk and there were literally no humans to offer help. Once we got our food (after a long wait) the gal just called my name a dropped it in the counter and walked away. Terrible customer service. We definitely won’t be back.

Conveniently located behind the hotel we stayed in, we ate here 3 times over the course of our stay. The Crunchwrap Supreme is a must, and the nachos were perfect for our late night craving! The staff was so friendly and remembered our names after just the first visit!

We tried ordering online for delivery. They charged us twice and we never got food. Went to tacobell in person and the manager smirked and said he couldn’t do anything about it and sent me packing without food or refunds. Needless to say my pregnant wife is passed and we are contacting people higher to get our $70 back.

Customer service is shotty at best, ignoring waiting customers that prefer to order face to face rather than on the kiosk, completely ignoring to clean tables in the dining area forcing people to eat at dirty tables or asking them to do their job.
