If you choose this location use the drive thru. I did a mobile order ahead of time because I’m a busy man. I got to the restaurant, they hadn’t started my order yet. After about 5 mins the cashier returned to the front counter and I asked about my order. He says “were working on your order rite now”. Another 10 minutes until I got my order. As I sat there waiting for 2 tacos. Yes 2 simple tacos; as I watched all the cars that came in after I showed up order, get their food and leave. I thought about pulling thru the drive thru just to get my order. 15 minute ticket times on a 2 taco pre order?! Seriously?!

This taco bell location is terrible. We came through tonight and the lady who helped us was so rude when she told us they we’re out of their shredded beef tacos which cost us almost $8 dollars and she said she could replace BOTH our tacos with ONE mexican pizza only. horrible customer service but whatever we took it. Then we got home and realized they also forgot multiple items from our order and our food including the mexican pizza was made HORRIBLY. this whole experience was completely unacceptable and we will be calling to speak to a manager in the morning and then won’t be back.

Not only was our food wrong. The food we ordered was put in by two people. Then when we came to ask for a new burrito we were ignored. The worker ignored several of the people up front while he worked at the computer.

The workers here are extremely lazy and slow. They take forevor to get any orders out especially DoorDash orders. I’ve eatin in and many times the workers vape INSIDE the store, they ignore u half the time and act like children and half the tables are always dirty with food all over the floors. This place should be shut down everyone should be fired and the managers need to start doing their jobs.

I did not know i was being “beaned”, until i bought food at a Portland taco bell. The food was so much better, because you could taste the meat, a meaty burrito in the cravings box. I bought another one today, just to verify, and the burrito was almost entirely bean, could not taste or see any beef. I guess people out in St.Helens need to make a run to the border, the Portland border, if you want tasty Taco Bell.

I ordered online, went through the line where they said I couldn’t get my drinks because CO2 ran out. This is fine, it happens, but they didn’t offer a refund or anything to replace the drink which was not very good service but I ignored it. But when I got home several things were missing. I called the store, and she not only hung up on me after I politely stated the issue of missing food, she took the phone off the line when I called again because I thought maybe my cellphone hung up on her. Extremely disappointed in the customer service of this Taco Bell as a fast food manager myself. Won’t be eating here again anytime soon.

This has to be the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. Lets start with the attitude of the employees, look i get it, its fast food but honestly act like your not bothered by your customers. Your job is to literally serve customers, if you don’t like it then work someplace else, simple. The food has never been correct at this location, the menu is outdated and doesn’t reflect what they actually have to offer. For example, If you don’t sell Dr. Pepper, take it off your menu. I have never been inside this location but the outside is very unkept. Skip this location and maybe just hit up Victorico’s.

The some guy threatened me to leave because I ask why he couldn’t tell me when my order was canceled and he told me I will have you kick off the property because he didn’t like that I questioned him.. rude staff and management, all they do is sit and talk and ignore you while you walk in… customer service they don’t have any they need to work on there attention. And say hello when being walk in attitude needs to be stop, not my problem you can’t handle feed back from a customer

Lazy slow employees and bad management. The drive through at this place needs an exit ramp for when you realize that instead of the appropriate 5 minutes to wait, you are going to be sitting in the drive through line for 30 minutes. Want to hate taco bell? Come to this location.

This Taco Bell could improve cleanliness a bit. Food was fine for Taco Bell, and prepared to standard. Service was quite OK, but not exemplary. Location convenient, easy access from & back onto highway.
