I’m going to give this establishment two stars. I’ve been here twice in the last three months and both times they heard my order correctly the first time and didn’t mess up my order. Normally the lady makes me repeat myself at five times because she claims she can’t hear me. (They are located right next to 213…. but she can hear me just fine I turn my car off and everything.) They are still the slowest taco bell in all the land. I ordered a Mexican pizza. I rated it a 4 out of 10. Which is high for this location. Keep up the good work taco bell

I ask for a plain taco every single time I come here, every single time throughout 20+ years I get tacos with lettuce all throughout it and the tiniest amount of meat, this one has like half the meat! The clear unsanitary food they send out is shown in this picture perfectly, you ask for something plain and they can’t even do that properly, it blows me away

So I came into taco bell and asked for them to add chicken. They charged me for it didn’t add it and got an attitude about the fact that they messed. Then touched my food and split the burritos looking for said chicken. That’s ok there are better places to go to.

The food had absolutely no flavor. I called the Taco Bell 800# and complained so they sent me 2 $5 gift certificates. I plan to use them at the Taco Bell here in Tigard in order to see if the food is any better. The service at this TB is not great either. My order was complete and I was waiting for it. The kitchen and register area are open to each other. My order was sitting on a table when one of the food preparers walked by it and did not give it to me. It would have taken 3 steps to hand the food to me. I guess it wasn’t her job. Instead she waited until the guy was finished at the drive-thru to tell him to give it to me. She could have picked it up as she walked by taken 2 or 3 steps and given the food to me. It’s not my job I guess let someone else take care of customer service?!?? Pretty lame but that’s the way a lot of people are nowadays.

Hit the drive thru after swing shift. The crew is a bunch of kids who can forget little things like napkins. But overall, it is nice to be able to pick up a little something after a hard shift.

I ordered the Doritos Locos tacos meal supreme with no lettuce or tomato. I got 3 doritos tacos with just meat. Thankfully I checked before I completely left the parking lot. The store doors weren’t open(it was only a few minutes after 10 so they just might not have had a chance to open them yet.) So I had to go back through the drive thru where they did remake them.
