So they shut the restaurant at 2:00 a.m. – which wouldn’t be too awful – EXCEPT that somebody’s actually sitting in the lobby at 2:02 a.m. So, of course he couldn’t have handed the order to me, right? And the other person working… he locked the door as I was walking up. And then proceeded to scream through the parking lot about how happy he was. Ummm, OK?

It’s so frustrating to have my order messed up nearly every time I either come in or order food using GrubHub. Tonight I ordered from GrubHub and once again I was missing a burrito that was for my child and when I tried to call the restaurant of course no one answered the 5 times that I called. Terrible service, food is put in the bag all sloppy and messy, something is always missing and or I’m given the wrong items.

Don’t go here if you want to get ripped off. The last time I was in here the crunchy tacos were extremely skimpy and the bean burritos were skinny so I called with a complaint which I don’t normally do and they made good by replacing them. The very next time I came in same thing. Better off going to a taco truck and getting the better deal for better food. Lesson learned

Easily worst experience I’ve had ordering online. Ordered through the app for delivery. Delivery is outsourced through door dash and the dasher only trapped a quarter of my order. I asked where the rest of my order was and was told they didn’t see it and to use the app for a refund. Tacobell app doesn’t do that and I can’t do it through door dash because I didnt use door dash for the order. I tried contacting the store just now hoping I can just drive down and get the other half of my order but when calling it doesn’t even ring and instantly answers with no person on the other side of the phone.

This taco Bell was my first job. I worked here for 2 years and it was influential to me in a lot of ways. Taco Bell is taco Bell. We all know what we’re getting and we all know what to expect. The main problem with this location is that its parking lot sucks. It’s very narrow and cramped. I’m surprised that there aren’t more traffic accidents here.

I don’t remember the guys name but there was a very nice man who helped me one day when I wanted to try the mango freeze that has the creme in it and I loved it so much I went for another and he gave it to me for free! Amazing food and customer service!
