Last week at taco bell there was a large line. Despite line being large when I arrived at drive through I forgot to order nachos. Female black hair and pink glasses was extrmerely nice and added it to my order and assured me it’s okay that I forgot. Staff was incredibly friendly even during a busy time and I respect that. Food was really good too!

Just as I have taken the time to write bad service in some places, I also know how to recognize and thank you when they deserve it. Tonight there was a big line and that line moved forward in about 3 minutes. I was at the window picking up my dinner. Thank you very much for the excellent service and the dinner was delicious.

Restrooms horribly dirty before 10am. Flies and small bugs in dining area while eating. Music BLASTING across the entire dining area early am. Bacon within the breakfast quesadilla was littered with chunks of chewy, inedible fat. Only gave two stars because, well, it’s Taco Bell.

How hard is it to get a order right?? I ordered a 5 layer burrito with no sour cream, and a chicken quesadilla with no chipotle sauce. Drove home and opened my bag only to see sour cream on the burrito and chipotle sauce on the quesadilla. Then I thought maybe the cashier didn’t input the order correctly, checked the receipt…… nope the receipt had it correct. Guys read the order screen more carefully.

My experience today was good no issues with food or service other than maybe with the shortage of employees and small clicks it shows that some of the associates get sidetracked in the drive threw because the guy gave me 1 drink and forgot what the other 2 were while he was hangingout waiting for the other items to be made and didn’t put any sauce I asked for but everything else.

The drive through manger at 0514 yelled at me through the microphone after not applying it to her head correctly to point her voice was being picked up by the microphone. Then she proceeded to get my order wrong after yelling at me for requesting changes I didn’t receive. I’m disabled veteran but I know my hearing is bad but I’ve never had morning where I couldn’t hear a tall egg body chick with couchie hanging out through her leggings. definitely wouldn’t recommend the light stomachs to go this Taco Bell in the morning
