Nearly $3 for a taco, freeze dried meat… bought 12 tacos and all of them were like this could have used all the meat from all 12 for just 3 or 4 easily would not recommend for nearly $30 dollars…… plenty of lettuce though, Lots of chunks in the lettuce, makes it juicy if thats what your looking for…….

Does the short brown haired woman with glasses on drive thru absolutely hate her job or something?? Gave an attitude through the whole order (we came at 11pm when they close at 1am, so not late at all). We sat at the window for 5 minutes and when she did come through for payment she didn’t greet us or say anything to us at all. Luckily the order was correct, because we checked before leaving, but the service was 0/10 at this location.

Taco bell in Folsom is good quick bit to eat. The staff there worked together greatly which I noticed they had a good work grove. And you felt comfortable because of how clean the facility was the whole restaurant was really clean infact but it’s still Taco bell nothing to exquisite about the food there

I came in and ordered on the kiosk and my friend ordered at the same time as me. I received my food in 10 minutes and was completely finished eating when my friend went to the counter to ask about his food, they said they were just starting it, then it took him another 10 minutes to actually get the food. It seemed that other customers were also having issues receiving their food. Food was good, service sucked

Came through drive through. A 5 item order. I was 1/3 when I pulled up no one behind me. I was met with, literally, no communication at the window. I asked for a receipt that I never got, and was told “that’s not allowed, I’d have to re-ring the whole order, and there’s only 3 of us here” which isn’t true about the receipt. So after trying to explain that nicely they just couldn’t meet that expectation. Pull away to find one item made wrong that I clarified for at the end of my order. From the way it played out, this young girl at the window could not operate the POS. Then someone else, presumably the cook, didn’t know either. Crazy. Train your employees. I have terrible experiences at Taco Bell more than I’d like but this was ridiculous. Don’t know inside probably not much better than drive through. Again only person in drive at the time. Cook was nice about it atleast. Girl just didn’t care to solve the problem.

Very unfortunate experience. I went through the drive thru for my late night munchies to discover they were out of the berry blast, cheese for the gordita crunch, and also ingredients for the new shredded beef taco. The attendant at the window informed me they ran low of supplies and were restocking the following day.

Came here after jack in the box’es employee lied about them being closed and felt super bad because it was maybe 15 min before closing for them but I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing service I received. They had a huge line and the employee took our order and apologized for the wait! Thank you for such great service, not much is open around here late but it’s refreshing to be helped by people with kindness. Will definitely be back

There is a 16 year old employee named benjamin, as he was taking my order his voice majestically stroked my ear lobes as if I was listening to god himself. His kindness elevated my spirit to another dimension where I felt as if I could float through clouds. After receiving my food, he gave me a smile that cured my terminal cancer. Google and their hours posted on their building say open late until 2 am. I came at 1:30 am and waited to order and drove up to the window and waited some more. I even called their phone. No reply. Bad customer service closing early with no sign or notice. Not worth coming here!

My partner had a 10am interview he waited 20-30 minites outside for because the employees inside refused to unlock the door, even after texting the GM of the store and being told he would get a shift lead to open it for him. But nothing happened. He knocked when he saw an employee inside in the booths but she straight up shook her head at him & walked to the back. We called trying to explain, but were told that due to “short staffing” they would not be opening the lobby. Absolutely ridiculous, they need better employees- how are they gonna have a NOW HIRING sign on their door but completely screw over people who have set up interviews here.
