Ordered their $8 box in their app. Food was great. Service completely was awful. They locked the lobby, leaving your ordered food on their pick up shelving. They ignored knocking on the door and even though the app said my food was ready for pick up, I had to wait 15+ minutes at the door, as the manager ate her food at the table, just ignoring the three people outside.

It took me about 1 hour to receive food that was incorrect, smashed, and very unpleasant taste. The manager is running around the store not knowing what to do. The workers seemed like they were on break the whole time we were there. Barely any work was going around. For $60 worth of food. Very bad I wound never recommend coming to this Taco Bell ever.

They lock the lobby at random times for no reason, don’t put a sign up, so you waste your time walking up. Why do fast food places restrict you to the drive thru? Why should I need a car to purchase a $10 meal?

Once again the Taco Bell in dixon cant count. Every time i order on the mobile app the staff F$%K IT UP. From the wrong protein in a bean burrito to cups of cheese with no chips or visa versa. If not for an “experienced” manager or a young female with caramel skin every one of our orders would be screwed. Too bad neither one can be there all the time or better yet teach the rest of the crew about reading a mobile order correctly.

We go there so many times and the young kids cancel door dash orders. They say the store is closed early and we see a bunch of employees hanging out in the lobby. Purposely have done this the past few months. Turn off lights even if there open. And u can’t call because they don’t answer.

I received a chicken power bowl which was lacking 2 of the five ingredients. I went back with my receipt, and was told I would need to call the next day. The guy who took my order seemed to think i should have asked them to include everything as a special order…

Too expensive and the they wouldn’t take orders at the cash register so I couldn’t ask for fresco mode without having to pay extra for the fresco ingredients. I had to pay 15 here for what normally would have been like 11 at another taco bell
