Was greeted the instant I walked into the store. Staff was busy but still attentive that people were waiting. Food was good quality above the norm for being taco Bell. Store was neat and clean same with restrooms. When I am working in Paterson again. I will be happy to have my lunch here next time.

Perfect Taco Bell experience- the man and I ordered $35 of items via the TB app and arrived to pick up. We got a lot of customizations and everything was made as ordered. Every taco/burrito we got was thicc and filled well. I even got a grilled cheese burrito and the cheese was perfectly grilled (not burnt at all). Staff was pleasant and the store and bathrooms were super clean!

Seems to be a hit or miss with late night drive thru 3rd time I’ve been there and they were closed at least 20 min early but tonight I got to see three cars get to order food before pulling in and yet since I got to sit a at red light for an extra minute they gladly put the message up saying they were closed it would be understandable if it was 5 min till closing I’d be a little more understanding but it’s the fact that it was 20 minutes early and there were people who just moments before got to put in orders

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful knowledge of menu. They can tell you what foods are in the items they sell. I just wish they had more of a selection. I really miss the meximelt. It was my favorite. I do really like most of the boxes they sell. The chapula supreme and the regular tacos are my favorite go to’s. I really like their steak quesrito too. If they had more of a selection I would have given five stars. The Mexican Pizza is back! Nacho bell grande is tasty! Right amount of everything is on them. The chicken burrito supreme is yummy! I wish they would bring back the meximelt. The nachos bell grande is still good.

Ordered a drink (Starry) and it tasted like soap. When we complained and asked for something different, we were told that’s the way it’s supposed to taste, it was because of the”zero” sugar recipe.
