Okay so my husband and I aren’t big fast food people. so when we make a choice to eat fast food we choose taco Bell. They really do have the freshest ingredients. Plus our son worked at one for years so we know how they make their food. Today we chose the grilled stuffed burrito. Yummy. We were driving home from a long road trip and still had a few hours to go. Because of this I opted to get my rice on the side. that way I can put it in something else later. Too many carbs and all I want to do is sleep in the car. They were great our order was perfect and everything was delicious. We really appreciate taco Bell’s consistency with their yummy food.

It’s pitch black dark outside and raining and no lights on, so didn’t know if they were closed at 8pm or what. Saw someone else go through the drive thru so figured we try it… sure enough, they’re open … Awesome!

Betsy the manager decided that she was going to let her male employee with the tattoos on his arms speak to me anyway he wished which was a screaming aggressive manner and I can only assume that they were all under the influence because the behavior that I witnessed today at Taco Bell was absolutely appalling and I cannot imagine anybody sober would do that. When I tried to get the names of the employees to call to complain they all took off their name tags and refused to give me their names. It’s whatever corporate doesn’t need me to give them their names they’ll know who they were. they went out of their way and canceled my order as well but I guess that’s what happens when you have a bunch of children running a drive-through?

I will never be going to Taco Bell again after how I was treated tonight by the children that they allowed to run that drive through the male worker that was running the drive-through with tattoos up his arm was absolutely disrespectful to me. I don’t know if it was because I was a woman or just a guest picking up togo but it was the worst service I’ve ever experienced as he screamed at me in the drive-through and in the lobby, like a little child, throwing a tantrum.. I believe that they were under the influence because I cannot imagine a single person acting that way sober. Which is an unsafe environment if you have workers working under the influence, screaming at guests in the lobby and in the drive thru your job is not that hard and you don’t need to act like it’s the most impossible task to act nice to your guests. Get a different job if you can’t act professional in front of every day people.. if making a burrito is so stressful, then it makes you act like that maybe change your profession.

The manager at the drive through was super rude we just ordered beverages the drinks were just sitting at the window and I waved at her this was after we paid. She rudely opened the window and said what. I asked for drinks she said can you hold on I’m trying to get your dollar change but my mom was in the car with me. I needed to take medication that’s why I was trying to get her a drink quickly.. she then slammed the window as she called me a name to another associate. They may.would not give me her name so I went inside they said her name was Betsy. I can understand if you’re having a bad day, but to call your customers are names and talk to other associates, especially when we come in there more than one time a week we have been faithful customers to this location since they opened many many years ago. Sergio has always been an exceptional manager along with Julie. Who’s one of your amazing associates however, I will be not be returning to this location after being called named by one of your managers. I will be reaching out to corporate because I don’t know how legally you can have somebody work for an establishment like this and treat their customers this badly.

04-23-23 Went to drive-thru and ordered 4 breakfast crunchwraps and grande toasted breakfast burrito. With senior discount, totaled $19 and change. Was handed order and coins. Got home, no receipt and 3 crunchwraps. Called and talked to “Sarah”. Of course no resolution. Was told “we can’t just give away free food, blah, blah, blah. Make sure you check your order at this place.
