This Taco Bell rocks! I truly appreciate that the staff who work here provide consistently tasty food late at night, which is tough to come by in Santa Cruz. It’s a very valuable service. I have only had a problem with my order twice and I’ve ordered here probably over 100 times now.

Well I had a fun time joking with the young man behind the counter, He was new. We ordered the 11.99 burrito, taco box. We ask that they made the crunchy tacos soft tacos and make them super sour cream and tomatoes when we got home and opened it up we ended up with crunchy regular tacos oh there was a little splash of sour cream in it but still they weren’t what we paid for and we paid for extra for the super tacos I tried calling the store but there was no answer and I know that there was somebody there they must have just got busy and couldn’t answer the phone so I would just appreciate you know and apology and maybe a taco soft super taco but all in all my experience our experience was good at taco Bell just a little you know mishap with the tacos other than that it was great thank you

Good old taco bell. As someone who eats a lot of it I’ve concluded that at least half of all taco bell employees don’t care if they are fired and proudly act like it. And I get it low pay hard job and all. But take that attitude and crank it up to 11 and that’s this taco bell for ya. Emo lookin employee was flirting with some guy in front of line and when she saw me waiting she proudly rolled her eyes and said what do you want. While waiting for food you got employees taking selfies and giving you the death glare if you even glance in their direction. Afterwards our food was so over sauced and overcheesed it fell apart and was unedible. Thankfully since the employees don’t watch the front I was able to make off with half their napkins stash so I’ll give them credit for that one.

Super rude staff. Gave my order to someone else and then wouldn’t make me a new order or admit that they did anything wrong. I will never go to Taco Bell again. Customer service has gone out the window since Covid. Businesses are so desperate they will settle for anyone.

Dining room is a bit messy, but the service is great, gothic girl on front cash rang me up less than a minute after stepping thru the door, had my whole order done in under a minute. I’m impressed.
