Sharing this review to caution others seeking a satisfying meal – this particular Taco Bell falls short in delivering good food. They never give me a receipt there and made it impossible to confirm if the order was taken correctly. While initially impressed by the speed, the meal’s quality was disappointing. The food seemed hurried, Most of the burritos were as flat as a quesadilla and felt like it was lacking the correct portion of ingredients in them. Attempts to contact them by phone were futile. With my lunchtime cut short, I reluctantly accepted the situation.

The drive thru lady was incredibly rude and probably doesn’t understand english. I specifically said not to put meat in my VEGGIE fiesta burrito and she put it in anyway. Horrible service. Even when I order from here they make the same mistake. She also raised her voice when I said please no meat multiple times. Taco bell standards have really dropped.

Horrible service . Service was on 7-2-22 . Order on the screen. They forgot two items . During wait I asked for the restroom code they gave me a wrong one twice until my husband asked them, once I got it I went and it was dirty. No toilet paper, no towels to dry hands , and no soap …. then i got my order and they left my drink spilling , no napkins on my order . Order incomplete , but it was a mess .and ladies pretty rude.

They don’t care about vegetarians. When you ask them to substitute beef with beans and give a no-meat taco, sometimes they choose to ignore that and give you a meat-taco. The staff don’t even understand what’s wrong with giving a meat dish to a vegetarian customer.

The Lobby Was A Mess And Took Too Long To Get To The Register So We Decided To Go Through The Drive Thru, Seems Like They Were In A Rush And Not Paying Attention To What Was Being Made… My Drink Had Some Type Of I Don’t Know What On The Rim So I Gave It Back… My Burrito And Crunch Wrap We’re Both Sloppily Put Together And Fell Apart After 3 Bites, But The Burrito Fell Apart In The Before I Unwrapped It… Never Again, I Promise…

Highly unprofessional and rude staff. They told me to wait up front and forgot to bring my order. Made me wait 30 minutes for fast food. If i wanted to wait 30 mins, i would’ve gone and had a proper meal and not fast food. Save your time and money and don’t come to this location!!!!
