I mean, it’s a Taco Bell so you know what you are going to get in terms of food quality. I will say this location has improved GREATLY with service during the past year. In the past, it was a gamble if your order was correct or what kind of service you would receive. Now, service is VERY quick – I rarely wait long in drive-thru and the workers are actually polite now. My order is consistently correct and I love the mobile app – makes ordering simple and I get free food rewards.

This Taco Bell was right down from my hotel. The service, food, and cleanliness were phenomenal. I came in right at lunch time and the Cashier immediately asked me if I’d like help ordering but instead chose to use the kiosk because I wanted to see all the options on the Crunchwrap Supreme. I ordered and sat back down. I was asked in less than 20 seconds if I’d like my drink before my order came out. I obliged and my order came out less than 2 minutes later. Probably the nicest, cleanest and fastest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.

Went in to get some food and was gonna pay cash so I could get some change because I needed a $5 bill. The line was long so I decided to order on the kiosk, pay with card and after line died down I asked if they could trade me a $10 bill for 2 $5’s. She said no I can’t do that. Pretty irritating, I mean I just bought something and she could see that as I was picking up my order, what I gotta buy something else again with cash to get change. Very poor customer service if you ask me. It’s not like I walked in and asked to get change without ordering food.

I had only been here at night and service and food was always decent but now I see why they have low ratings. They are always severely understaffed at lunchtime and employees are running around with no one at the register. When they finally get to take your order,the lady was rude and rushed like I was bothering her. This is managements fault ultimately for putting such strain on the workers.

Taco Bella’s Taco Bell It’s a little better than the others but not much better although they have more meatless options if that’s what you’re into.
