I’ve only went during the hours after midnight, and so far I have mixed feelings. It’s always a chance you’re taking because of the lack of staffing. I’ve had time when the food was on point, and others when the food was lackluster and I ger a huge disportionate amount of sauce relative to the food I ordered. The food is what you’d expect from your average Taco Bell chain restaurant. My most recent visit, staff were not attentive whatsoever and barely acknowledged us during our visit at the drive thru. I ordered for 3 people and none of the food were labeled (we ordered similar, yet different items). It’s difficult to differentiate who gets what due to the many similar items their menu offers. The lackluster experience this time around may be due to it being on a Friday night/Saturday and a lot of people were at the drive thru. Coupled that with lack of staffing, I can see why my experience turned out the way it did. I’m sure things would be better overall if I went at a different time when there is more staffing.

I can’t with this location the food was wrong but at least the kids that worked their were friendly. I didn’t even want to return my food it was gross and wrong. Spent like$30 for my family should’ve made it myself but it was late and I was tired.

Food was quick and good but sitting inside they allow the homeless to harass you to know end even when you ask for help they ignore you or tell you to handle it. I know what it’s like to be the one asking for the food but there comes a point of when it needs to be stopped.

Omg. Can you see the re re rewarmed shell, glob of meat, and 3 pieces of lettuce and cheese mix? This is the nastiest soft taco ever. This location does not make their food up to even low standards, let alone to bare the brand of Taco Bell. Get it together.

Honestly the best TB I’ve been to in a long time. Not necessarily because of the way it looks but just the food, service, etc. Tacos were made well, shells weren’t broken, everyone was nice, time waiting wasn’t bad at all, they remembered our sauces. Just did the drive thru so not sure what the inside is like!
