Doesn’t know how to give back change, or pay attention to the money being handed to them. I had an order of $21.43 & gave the man $40.43. The employee swore I gave them exact change, the manager ended up pulling the drawer & counting it; only to find out he in fact did not give me my change. Don’t allow employees to handle money if they don’t know how too.

I tried calling to tell the pm Manager that I was given 6 pieces of Cinnabons instead of 6 orders of Cinnamon Twists at the drive thru @ 7:24pm. Called 3 times & the recording said “Can’t Answer now at this moment”. Then hanged up. This is the first time this happened of all my drive thru at this location that I often go to. My grandsons didn’t even want to eat the Cinnabons. I usually get my orders right cuz I usually eat in my car in the parking lot of Taco Bell on North Texas.

Quality customer service, not too long of a wait time, excellent menu options, and the food was still hot when I got home. Presentation was a little sloppy and the Mexican Pizza wasn’t as large as I’d hoped, but it tasted good.

While the service was fast and friendly, the food left a lot to be desired. I ordered a cheesy rice and bean burrito, and a regular bean burrito. The cheesy rice and bean burrito was mostly rice and had very little sauce in it. The bean burrito had ridiculously little filling, it was like they just spread a few beans onto the inside. Probably wouldn’t come back to this taco bell.
