The potato’s in the tacos were old and hard to chew burnt like they’ve been cooked several times.

Food is ok, only beans and cheese as main fillings, hardly any other veggie. On Mexican pizza got some tomatoes. No green onion/ cilantro or grilled veggies / fajitas.

Food is often lukewarm and 80% of the time they don’t give you everything you order. Went to the drive-thru about 20 minutes before closing and noticed something was missing from our order. We went back to the window and they shut off all the lights as if they were closing. It was 10 minutes before closing time! After sitting there for a few minutes we honked the horn and we were ignored. We knocked on the window and we were ignored. We called the store multiple times and finally somebody answered. It was like pulling teeth to get the manager to come to the window and speak to us. We explained to her that we live out of town and so we were trying to find a solution before we left. She was rude. Told us that they ran out of certain items and that’s why we didn’t receive them in the bag. We asked for an alternative item and she said that everything was shut down.

Order was quick and efficient. As usual, I ordered extra cheese for my taco. This was a rare occasion where there was actually plenty of cheese. My taco and nachos with cheese were fresh, hot, and delivered in a timely manner. The gal at the drive thru window served me with a friendly smile. Way to go Los Banos, CA.

I was driving by and saw this taco bell. Me and my family decided to eat from here. This is the worst Taco Bell I ever in my life ate from. The customer service was terrible, so was the food here. I placed a big order almost close to $100 but after getting my order I felt like that the worst place I ever spent my money. We didn’t like anything and had to trash all the food. Half of things that are suppose to be inside tacos, burritos, etc was missing. So I suggest not to eat from here.
