All the Food was terrible. Ordered 3 trio’s with crunchwraps and doritos tacos… tortillas were over cooked and everything was half filled..bean burritos were dry with over cooked tortillas and they forgot part of my order…5 other order from other costumers one after the other were messed up. So not be eating here again.

Staff is lethargic, 2 breakfast burritos with burnt tortilla (see pic). Cashier greets you with a dirty sweatshirt and Hodie. When I asked for a senior discount, he was lost. Is customer service gone. Please train this lethargic staff. And don’t burn the burritos.

so i ordered two bean cheese and rice burritos, i specifically asked for no cheese in either of them. i just got home, and both of them have cheese. you had one job.. this is kind of frustrating. i’m going to give two stars because the woman working the window was very nice, but it’s just frustrating that something so simple couldn’t be done. and it was 11 pm so it’s not like they were overwhelmed with orders and forgot.

I rarely eat at this location and I will not be going back anytime soon. I ordered my food and watched 6 other people who ordered after me receive their food first. When I approached on of the workers I asked how much longer for my order. He couldn’t find my order in the system and I watched the mass confusion as they tried to figure out what to do. I finally received my food 35 minutes after I placed my order. 35 mins, at a Taco Bell. I thought this was fast food, not slow food. Nothing was done to compensate for my family’s wait yet the woman before be complained enough and received a gift card. I was kind and appreciative towards the staff and I received nothing. Oh well. If you can go to a different Taco Bell, do so.

Graduation just let out at Buchanan stadium on 5/30/23 @9:30pm. Jimmy was working the drive through. He was just such a delightful and friendly person. I had a rough night working the graduation as a staff member and was super grumpy, but he really turned my night around with amazing customer service and upbeat positive attitude! Thank you Jimmy!
