I went to the register to order my meal but it took 3 minutes before they acknowledged me. When they did addressed me they told me I must use the kiosk to place my order. When I attempted to place my order on the kiosk the item I wanted wasn’t on the menu. I got so disgusted and frustrated with this experience that I just left. If you’re goal is to dismiss your customers you did a great job. I will never return.

I have been to FAR too many Taco Bell’s to count, and I am very pleased to say this location is the best I’ve ever been to! You think fast food will taste exactly the same everywhere, but the effort people put into preparing the food really shows. This Taco Bell’s employees really know what they’re doing! The meat is spiced better than other locations, tortillas are perfectly cooked, and everything in general tastes way fresher than any other Taco Bell I’ve been to! On top of that, the employees are all very happy and friendly to you (really seemed like they were genuinely enjoying being there – something you don’t see too often) – and it was just a nice atmosphere in general. I don’t know if anyone working at this location will see this review, but if they do, just know you guys are doing GREAT! Keep it up – if I’m in the area again I’ll definitely be returning!
