Drove thru Taco Bell at 1:30 am. Ordered a beef burrito with no onions. Dude asked if I wanted a bean burrito and I said no – I want beef. I told him it’s easiest to order a bean burrito, add beef, remove beans, and remove onions. I look at the screen and it says 5-layer beef burrito, remove sour cream, remove nachos, blah, blah, blah. I thought to myself – as long as I get a beef burrito, I’m good. Got home to open my rice burrito with beef sprinkled in (apparently he forgot to remove rice from the order). All I wanted was a tortilla with beef inside. How hard can that be? I even told the guy how to do it, but he had to do it his way. Too bad I couldn’t even get a tortilla filled with beef from Taco Bell.

TACO Bell is cutting the feet out from under this shop due to the fact they haven’t got all drinks available for the drive thru lane here at this particular location. It has been this way to my knowledge for three months now. I am hooked on the Mango brisk and Baja blast. I would love to be able to get the drinks along with my food and NOT have to go in to get them.

It’s hard for me to deny taco Bell when a craving hits. The nacho loco taco and Mexican pizza are among my favorite. They have good slushies as well but they are not always stocked with it so be cautious. Customer service is spotty at best and going through drive thru doesn’t usually get food fresh so check before u leave or walk in. Oh and corporate if you are listening. Bring back the watermelon slushies.

Couldnt eat the food I ordered, I walked in because the drivethrough was full and I am so glad I did. The young man that took my order kept the vary same blue gloves on that he had handled delivery boxes and the cash from my pocket with and then made my two taco in. UGH, please train your employees, cross- contamination is real
