I really don’t enjoy being asked to back up my car and drive forward every time I go through the drive thru. Look, I used to work at Taco Bell and I understand that it helps lower your average time per car so corporate bosses don’t get on your case but it’s just a weird request and is rather annoying. Also, I know its not fun working fast food but try to sound like you’re at least alive when talking to the customer on the intercom. Do better guys.

Very slow at the counter. It took a few to give them my order. All i wanted was rice and refried beans. In the cup. The cups were the tiniest cups, not even half full with rice. The beans were worse.. They looked old. Like they were sitting, waiting to be bought.

Went been there everytime I go through the drive through they ask me to back up I do not appreciate that and the fact my orders been messed up the last 3 times and is soggy with ingredients missing maybe instead of worrying so much about your drive through you need to worry about the quality of food and customer service customer service was terrible the girl was rude at the window and was mad I didn’t back up. She said here didn’t say have a nice day etc I don’t expect over done xustoner service but if your not happy with your job you shouldn’t be working there. At least you could say is hi how are you and have a nice day. I tried to contact the store to get my food fixed and no answer I will be calling corporate they weren’t busy when I went or left 1 other car in drive through
