The best place for nacho fries!! Lesly(an employee there) helped me out so much to help me pick out what I should get for a snack and I enjoyed it so much that I had to order more . Never going to a different taco bell I’m only eating at this place. Plus the fries and the cheese were so good. If lesly sees this just know that I will definitely go back again best experience ever at a fast food place:)

I ordered a burrito Supreme and they gave me Mexican a Mexican pizza I took it back and told them they messed up my oder the remade my order and i I bit into the most disgusting burrito ever I opened it and they had scraped the inside of the Mexican pizza I returned and rolled it up in a flour tortilla I went again and they said that was what I ordered they offered to remake but at this point I was disgusted and upset payed 20 dollars for nothing PS they where letting homeless people use the RESTROOMS and sit around paying customers this is the worst tacobell I’ve ever been too they don’t care obout quality services or integrity

So this taco bell refuses to take my order. They make you use the self ordering machine. They did have a cash register so there was no reason they couldn’t take my order. Since they refused i left without ordering any food. I will never use one of these ordering machines. I am legally blind and these type of ordering systems are very hard for me. I didn’t tell the people working there of my eye sight problems, As I feel I shouldn’t have to. The fact that I asked two employees to take my order should have been enough. So if they insist on me using it again I will no longer eat at taco bell again. I have been to other taco bells and never was made to use these machines. It was always the customers choice if I wanted to use it or not. There are many people in this world that can’t read, are they going to have to explain to Taco Bell workers that they can’t read? If this is how Taco bell employees are going to treat people you might just have a lawsuit on your hands.

After shopping my boyfriend and I decided that we wanted to try Taco Bell I had been craving Taco Bell for the longest and he doesn’t like Taco Bell so he said okay let’s stop by the Taco Bell at Chester and brundage. We ordered two number fours or the crunchwrap supreme meals which included the crunchwrap itself and taco and a drink. We then road home and I awaited this longing and craving for Taco Bell thinking it happened fulfilled. Upon unwrapping my food I was highly disappointed I highly disappointed I mean the crunchwrap it had no crunch it had no taste the soft and gooey and it was wet all over tacos through the same way and this is from a person that being myself having worked at Taco Bell knowing what a crunchwrap is supposed to be in taste like I was so disappointed that I could not help but let the public know about my awful experience. The food was so bad the tacos no crunch the the tacos were soggy and broke apart as soon as you unwrap them. The photos will verify my claims.

This Taco Bell is the best! All the employees smile! I’ve never had a problem and I’m there all the time. They call me by name and even know our dog’s name. The rewards program is easy and the Fire Level offers Nacho Bell Grande as a reward. Whoo Hoo!

THREE TIMES I HAVE SENT MY GRAND DAUGHTER TO GET FOOD FROM TACO BELL AND EVERY TIME IT IS COLD.THE MEAT IS AS COLD AS THE LETTUCE AND TOMATO.I LIVE LESS THAN A HALF MILE FROM TACO BELL. SO I KNOW IT SHOULD AT LEAST BE WARM. IT’S LIKE THEY TOOK AN OLD CHALUPA SHELL AND FILLED IT WITH COLD MEAT. THIS TACO BELL IS ON BRUNDAGE AND SOUTH H IN BAKERSFIELD CA. I HAVE GONE TO OTHER TACO BELL LOCATIONS AND THEY SERVE HOT FOOD EVERYTIME ENEN THE BAG IS WARM

The food was good but the whole dining experience was great because of the awesome worker there named Elizabeth.
