This Taco Bell in Savi Ranch has gone completely to kiosk ordering. They will not take your order at the counter even as several employees stand around. Last time in I told an employee that I don’t do kiosk ordering. The employee then said they could not help us. My wife and I left. Automation is killing the job market for young people and harms the human element of customer service. Taco Bell should reconsider this apparent policy. We will not be back.

They were short handed. It took 15 minutes to get 3 ! The manager gave me a drink for the wait. Now that I think about it 15 minutes for 3 tacos on a Saturday evening is not that bad. The tacos were awesome.

I placed an order via the Taco Bell app and my order clearly says no beef sub with beans and they sent nothing with beef and to top it off they didn’t want to remake my order they all need to be retrained and learned how to read the customer notes. It’s an inconvenience as well because you order thinking you are going to get something that you can’t have and they send you something completely different the manager isn’t helpful as well didn’t even offer a replacement or anything when I told him the issue he seems not to care what the customers have to say. Be careful if you don’t eat meat and order via their app. Because they don’t care what you eat or say via the notes and they just laugh at you

I prefer good, old fashioned, courteous service. At this location there is none. For starters, the only employee that greeted us when we came in was a person cleaning the tables. We waited at the register to place our order and nobody ever came or acknowledged that we were there. A customer was using the only order kiosk when we arrived. Since we were being completely ignored, when she was done we moved over to place our order from it, which I find highly inconvenient and impersonal and takes twice as long as it should. Second, although our order was timely and at proper temperature it was incomplete. A beverage was ordered but a cup was not included. I approached the counter and tried to get somebody’s, anybody’s, attention several times as I stood there until I was finally acknowledged. Third, There are no napkins, straws, sauce, cups or lids out for access by customers. Fourth, paper receipts are not offered. The only way to see it is to give your email address or phone number. I’m glad I decided to Include my phone number or I would not have been able to check if I actually ordered a drink. And what about the people that don’t have a phone with them? Taco Bell, Get back to the good, old fashioned customer service!

It’s a no-fuss and efficient crew here in the evening. The manager was rather upbeat, providing visitors with a memorable touch and feel. He predicted that I would return shortly, and indeed, I did come back sooner than expected. It’s karma, or what goes around comes around!

Manager was So rude! Not to costumers, To workers!! Yelling, saying to the worker don’t ask for food if you go on break. Just so harsh. Not a good environment for the staff! Never got my food cause I didn’t get a chance to pay at the register.

Iskander at the drive through was Super friendly, super helpful, and made the drive through experience extra good!! He suggested some alternatives to beef for my pescatarian daughter. The best Taco Bell experience ever thanks to him!!

Worse service ever!!! Waited for the food for over 15 minutes and the employee had the audacity to have an attitude when asked how much longer. Drive through had no line And they were getting their food quickly. Had to walk out.

TERRIBLE!!!! Such a disappointment. We were missing items so had to drive around and tell them. We ordered burritos but they felt like mini chicken quesadillas based on size and the fact we got most grilled. We waited 5 minutes for them to give us back the right order which just smaller versions (or maybe some of the original bag). The employee we dealt with was very young but super sweet about the situation. I don’t recommend this location if you have any expectations for “good” Taco Bell.

I stoped by Taco Bell in old canal yorba Linda to get lunch for my grand kids soon we home to eat I was very disappointed,they wrapped 2 tortilla together with nothing in it. it look like real Burritos I was discussed and sad these peoples don’t deserve one star I never go there again.
