We visited this Taco Bell at 8pm on a Saturday. We tried to dine in but the door was locked! The website says dine in is open until 10pm!!! That is wholly unacceptable and a sign of staff laziness… Begrudgingly we went through the drive thru and the employee was not welcoming, like our business is a burden?! We ordered several small items, a combo, and a chicken quesadilla. The service was fast, but it was too fast… When we got home, we’d realized that part of our order was missing — ok fine whatever. Not driving 30 minutes back for it. Then the items were not cooked all the way with still solid cheese. We also had a horrifyingly depressing quesadilla with hardly any meat,cheese or sauce. Don’t bother going to this location until they completely fix all these appalling issues. I’m sorry for anybody working here since it seems like the only thing that’s important is the drive thru timer…

We have been out of town for a while, and was so excited to find that there is a Taco Bell here near the Crossings!! Yes, there is another one not too far away, but this was is in a far better location (for us). Since we had a long day, we used the app and did a mobile order. Once I checked in at the Drive Thru, it didn’t take long at all to make it through the line and the staff was super friendly and on par! Once home, the order was perfect, nothing was missing and it was oh soooo good!

First visit was the first week they were open, second visit a couple days ago. Both times we both got severe stomach aches and ended up on the toilet for hours. I keep a very detailed calendar and didn’t put it together until last night.I thought it was odd that both times I got my food within one, maybe two minutes after ordering. This has never happened to me at any other location and we love Taco Bell.

We ordered the Veggie Mexican Pizza, they came with smelly shells (as if the oil was old) and makes you feel sick as you eat it. The manager was rude and implied that we were lying about the situation. She hung up on us abruptly with strong intention. Be aware of this place for its low quality and rude management.

I’m giving it 2 stars but it deserves 1! Kevin P deserves 5 stars for his friendly customer service but that’s all this location has going for it. The people who work here don’t even talk to each other. The food was not like other locations. My bean and cheese burrito was the smallest I’ve ever had anywhere. I ordered a crunchwrap with chicken which cost more but got like 3 pieces of chicken in it. We ordered 3 craving boxes and everything in it was made with the smallest amounts of meat and topping. The burritos were all tortillas and no filling! No lie, the fountain drinks were toooooo sweet! We got 4 napkins for 4 people! I do not recommend this location. Sad because I love taco bell and this is the closest to my house.

Gave the new Taco bell by our house a second try and it was worse. First time was skimply on the portions and sauces… But this time… The taco supremes were premade and soggy and the chalupa soggy and stale. It wasn’t busy and there is no excuse for premade food. Too bad…
