Food tasted as expected. It was accurate and fast. The staff was friendly and kept the space clean. They have transitioned to only kiosk ordering. Still not a fan of the lack of human interaction. They were under construction and had marines and vent pipes running thru the ceiling of the dinning area.

Terrible experience. I really like Taco Bell’s sauces, and that’s why I go there often. But on my last trip, a staff member said they can’t give me more Diablo and Fire sauce, mentioning some company rule. I thought Taco Bell was all about satisfying the customer. This made me feel like they didn’t care much about what I liked.

Slow. Super slow. Clean but smelly bathroom. Portable air conditioning set at 83. So hot and muggy inside. 10 minutes to get 4 items. 1 person ahead of us. They did have quite a bit, but still not enough

We went through the drive thru and ordered freezes. They took our order and we went to the order they charged my card and then told us after they charged me that the machine was watery and offered a diffrent drink than we ordered. We decided to get large fountain drinks instead which was not as expensive as the freezes when we got the drinks they weren’t even fully filled up. He had dumped out part of the drink.

So when you don’t have the staff to have the lobby open at 7pm on a Saturday you need to update the system so we know not to visit. Placing orders and sitting in the drive though for 20 minutes isn’t OK.

This specific Taco Bell is my happy place. I don’t know if it is due to their proximity to the headquarters, or what, but the food is always more delicious and more fresh than any other Taco Bell that I have ever been to. Yo quiero Taco Bell.

What is the point of a lobby if I can’t look at an overhead menu and make a choice. Your self service menus limit people. Plus apparently they are way too broke to have the AC on. Useless taco Bell trust me. I’m usually a big fan

Woow the food had me running back and forth from the restroom I just ordered a crunch wrap,chicken dlx burrito and 2 hard tacos.That crunnchwrap was not even wrapped,No crunch at all just soggy Disappointed

Neat experience, everything is order yourself. Staff is very friendly just as long as you don’t ask them to do anything, which makes it tricky when they don’t call out mobile orders when they’re done
