This taco bell by anaheim is not good. Or maybe all of them are not. I bought their special box and it stated that it was for roughly 11 dollars. When i get to the counters they have charged me 14 dollars and change and the food was very very very lousy. The supposed to be special chicken that have the special sauce is like a piece of paper. Very very thin and no meat inside. Not sure if it was just a joke that was played on me. Because i was struggling when i am using the drive thru. Hopefully, they don’t do this to other customers. I am starting to hate taco bell. It used to be my go to place when I’m hungry..now, it is almost a robber that robs you off with your hard earned money. Very very expensive now.

Went through the drive through and when I got home my order was wrong. I called and after 5x someone answered the phone. It was the kid from the drive through. Said he was the manager. I told him I had food missing and asked him for his name. He stated it was none of my business and he did t have to tell me his name, laughed and hung up. Will never return to this taco bell if thats the way they treat customers. I went in person and the real manager, a woman defended him and wouldn’t even make it right and give me my missing food.

I had a terrible experience with this establishment. I ordered a Mexican pizza special that was listed on the menu, but they did not have it available. Additionally, I ordered a raspberry iced tea and was told at the window that they only had regular iced tea. The chicken chalupas I ended up getting had very little chicken. It was a frustrating and disappointing visit that reminded me why I don’t usually go to this particular fast food chain.

Horrible service, I ordered a Mexican pizza special. They have it on the menu but don’t have any. Second, I ordered raspberry ice tea and when I pulled up to the window they say they only have regular. I ended up with some chicken chalupas that had almost no chicken. Absolutely the worst experience. Reminds me why I don’t usually go to taco bell…
