Very impressed with the team here and their interest to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. I had a small problem with my order in the drive thru and they went the extra mile to ensure my order was right (and some) for the inconvenience. I was extremely impressed with the young lady who helped me, her empathy, and her resolution. Have to say this is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been too.

horrible experiences – this one is my home location and consistently screws up my order. just this most recent time i went in and ordered, had to ask for my drink 3 times and still never received it. the girl at the register had a terrible attitude, customer service is horrific.

While the food at Taco Bell is nothing to noteworthy–nothing in the food at this location makes it stand out from any other Taco Bell–one reason I am eating this a 4 is the service. Whether dining in or going through the drive-thru, the service was very good. It may be because we normally go to this location in the evenings when it’s not busy after evening church activities, but the staff behind the counter or at the drive through is very courteous, and on a couple of occasions even gave a little extra for our young kids. This doesn’t happen each time, but the friendly service has always been there, and it is very much appreciated.

I’ve been coming here for about 10 yrs now, and never knew Taco Bell actually gave out military discounts! Big props to Taylor W. Through no prodding or request from me, she noticed my attire, haircut, and simply added the discount to my order. It was great. Though it’s a little thing she provided me with, it’s those little things that matter most to customers.

Do not offer me the enchirito yesterday and tell me today I cannot order one! Then tell me it’s because you don’t want to get in trouble you work at another store and you don’t have a container for it. TB needs to stop hiring people that enjoy telling people NO. Start hiring folks that can figure out how to get things done with just a little ingenuity. Ended up eating somewhere else.
