I have been waiting an hour 45 mins for 6 tacos…still waiting worst taco bell ever even when I do go in service is for some reson lacking here some one from corporate should definitely look in to this one with a 2 star rating horrible I will up date when I get my food I hopefully at least it’s good I only live 5mins from the taco bell fyi ….update I ordered at 930pm got the food at 1055pm doritos tacos were soggy the the ice on my soda was melted soft tagos also soggy lettus worst taco bell experience ever all the food was trash uber refunded me the money but this taco bell honestly is horrible!!!!! I literally threw all the food in the trash I’ll never go there again or uber from there ever

I love Taco Bell but it is clear that the franchise owners don’t care about quality. I don’t recommend for anyone to come dine in here. It’s not done the way the corporate intended and i had to just throw the food away.

Level Playing Field
Disappointing. I am a fan of Taco Bell for 40+ years. Had a craving for crunchy tacos today so I order some supreme tacos and expecting a large size shell filled with tasty beef, and loaded with lettuce and diced tomatoes, just as they were 20 years ago. But upon opening the paper bag inside was some small undersized taco used to be the regular size. The meat is almost non-existence. The value of the meal is at 1 in a scale of 1 to 5. Last 3 days I ate at In-n-Out, McD, El Pollo Loco, Habit Burger, and felt that I’ve gotten good value. Once again it reinforced the reasons why i refrained from going to Taco Bell or KFC. I had finger licking good experience almost every other day for lunch 40 year ago as there was a store next to my office. For same reason I hardly patronize KFC. And most of the time these restaurants are empty with so few customers, while huge long lines at other fast food chains. Wonder why.

Ordered a number 7 had around 8 pieces of chicken and barley any cheese no jalapeño suace, wasn’t even cut broken crunchy taco, no worries already filed a charge back with my bank july 17 at 5:20pm you guys need to find better employees

I went today (01/29/23) and I ordered a DELUXE CRAVINGS BOX. as well as 3 soft tacos and a chicken burrito. They didn’t separate the deluxe cravings box And put everything together, after leaving I noticed there was no chalupa and received 2 hard shell tacos & I didn’t receive the chips and salsa. I would understand the error if they had been busy at the moment but I was literally the only car so I don’t understand how they could mess this up, I am very unsatisfied with the service I received today >:(

Staff was rude and they got my order wrong 2 times, had to drive from Riverside to your location and the food was still bad, my crunchwrap was soggy and not well put together and my 5 layer was not made correctly cause last time I worked at taco bell it came with a 6.5 in tortilla and at least a 3 finger pinched of lettuce in the crunchwrap, came in to the store and it seemed like everyone had time to stand around and talk but didn’t seemed to want to redo the order, let’s just say if I was a secret shopper this store would have failed bigg time, pls would like to hear back from management if possible.
