Tried ordering a meal for 4 combo that I seen on the website, I know some combos are exclusively for online only… but the meal for 4 did not specify as an online only option. All this was discussed while in the drive thru, I was told no I would have to back out of the drive thru and order online, and that it will take them awhile… never had an issue with any Taco Bell till today.

They didn’t include my crunch wrap that I definitely ordered and payed for. My potato taco only had 3.5 tiny cubes of potato. I feel like I can’t even call it a taco. Saddest Taco Bell.

I ordered a steak quesadilla but received steak and scrambled eggs quesadilla. This was at 10:30 AM so I figured it’s some kind of breakfast thing lol.

Horrible, horrible, rude and completely incompetent!! There were approx 5 – 6 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. I am not exaggerating when I say I waited at least 30 mins in the drive thru line. This happened on 3-20-23 around 4:20 pm. When I FINALLY got up to the window I told her how long I waited in line. No apology from her whatsoever. The drive thru lady’s response was literally this…..”We are short staffed. Only 2 people working. Nothing I can do about it.” I WILL NOT be going back there again!!

i usually don’t come to this location but i was in the area and decided to get taco bell. i spend about $23 just to get food poisoning. i’ve been so nauseous since i ate the food. i’ve been stuck in the bathroom all day. haven’t been able to sleep because i’ve been getting up to go to the bathroom. i will not be returning to this location. very disappointing because i love taco bell!
