i ordered my food through the kiosk at 6:03 p.m., i waited patiently until 6:25 p.m. to finally ask for a refund. it was a ridiculous amount of time to wait for a simple order of 4 tacos which should take 5 minutes to fulfill, at most. there was no one in line ahead of me inside the store. the staff behind the counter could be overheard joking about customers asking for the manager with various complaints among other things.

Why ask if our order is correct on the screen if you’re going to make our order wrong? We asked NO CHEESE because my husband is allergic and you still included it on all of his meal items. We also asked for hot sauce and not one packet was included in our order. The best part is that this location seals up your bag, this implies they checked their work, NO they don’t check their orders.

You can never go wrong at Taco Bell during Happy Hour. The Baja Nlast freeze is my favorite and I get that all the time at Taco Bell. Certain taco bell location freeze machine will be broken from time to time, but this location didn’t have that issue. The drive thru is very different from other location but its roomy enough for a big truck. I didn’t have to wait long since there was only 3 cars in front of me. You can’t go inside because they locked the door so the only option is drive thru. I wish they had pickup if its just a small order like a drink, that would make things so efficient here.

Slowest Taco Bell ever it’s ridiculous. Up to 20 minutes for tacos! If frying chicken wings is holding up the line so bad maybe park the customers who order them in the lot and run them out rather than making the entire line wait. Soggy tacos and 15 minutes is unforgivable

They should have zero. Came to pick up an order and it took them over 20minutes to make 2 items. They were not considerate of my time and were lying to my face repeatedly after I asked several times for the order and they said “more time, 5 minutes, oh another 5”. Then it top if off with the worst attitude/customer service towards me as if it’s my fault they don’t know how to run their chain. Absolutely awful, it’s worth driving to the next Taco Bell.
