Probably the worst experience ordering food ever. Nothing was heated up. Chalupa bread was as if you were eating a gyro, not even soggy, just like it was pulled out of the bag, and thrown together, never toasted/warmed up. The quesadilla was my personal favorite, THE CHEESE WASN’T EVEN MELTED!!!!!! Like not at all.

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant, so I hate to do this. I ordered several things, including a Mexican pizza. The shell to the Mexican pizza was HORRIBLE. I don’t mean “not as good as usual” but it was literally disgusting. I hated to waste it because it was $5.00 but I just couldn’t do it. Everything else was fine. I did notice the cheesy bean and rice burritos seemed smaller than other locations, and the tables were sticky.

I ordered 3 chicken Chalupas and they were awful! After paying $19.21 I got 3 cold hard shelled chalupas. I realized this when I got home which is 5 minutes away! I Couldn’t even eat them! The people making the food could careless about quality! No issues with other TB locations. I suggest a different taco bell location if you care about the freshness of the food. This one sucks!

I really had to pee it was coming up on 2 in the morning and I walked up to the front. The employees were smoking a joint out front and I didn’t really care about that I just had to pee really bad. They just kinda looked at each other then one said drive through only so I grabbed a couple tacos and a drink (which they forgot to give me).

I placed an online order which specifies exactly what I wanted, and none of the extra items that I paid for were inside the burrito or the crunchwrap! On top of this, I asked for 20 packets of taco sauce, and they only gave me six. If I am indicating 20 packets, I’m expecting to receive 20 packets. How difficult can it be to follow directions?! Disappointed!
