This location is the worst during the lunch hour. The way the parking lot is set up it’s causes lots of traffic and confusion, there are two ways to access the drive thru , the cars in the drive thru block the cars that are parked. The machine you order into has been broken for months. This is the Mexican pizza I got today and they didn’t even bother to cut it. You see where they made some attempt.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Cashier’s name is ANGELICA G. Located in Torrance, CA. She is the short overweight chubby Latin lady. Extremely rude service. Huge attitude problem from the shift manager. I was treated very poorly for no reason. I was embarrassed by the employee for no reason. I also found a hair on my chicken bowl on the pico de gallo tomato. I will never visit Taco Bell again, especially this location. I need to speak to someone from the main office to file a complaint. There’s a Carl’s Jr & Wienerschnitzel next to Taco Bell. I regret not going to the other restaurants instead. I feel sick to my stomach and I feel so upset. I spend my hard earned money here and then get mistreated by the staff employee for NO REASON. This feels like discrimination. If I could give this rating “0” zero stars, I will.

Very disappointed by the quality of the food. The chalupas I ordered had little to no beef, the main ingredient was lettuce. And they were cold. My quesadilla had almost no cheese, seems like they only put enough cheese to hold the tortillas together. The only reason I’m giving them one star is because the customer service was good.

The Worst Taco Bell ever. No matter what you order if it’s easy and your the only person in line they get it wrong. Get a new manager and new employee’s. It’s not rocket science. Don’t waste you lr time or money. Not the first time! It has to be poor management! Stay away!

Just came here I purchased two tacos and two freezes… 19 dollars okay?! Seems high so whatever drive off, friends I ats his taco I go for mine and bam it’s empty…. Literally all the inner contents were out of it before I touched it then go back to be told oh well it is how you grabbed the taco…. I’m 32 years old I’ve grabbed alot of tacos out of fast food bags, what do you think I’m ignorant!!

Well… I had my kids in the car and I forgot to order one of the kids items. The 5 yo can change his mind a bit. When I got to the window I was told that I could not adjust my order. I could not add an item or do a separate sale for an item. I just needed another taco for goodness sake. I was told I would have to drive around and go back through the drive through again. There were no other cars in the drive through. I asked the employee to clarify and they said it again. I asked if I could see my card real quick before she rang it up and just drove away. I can’t wait until she has kids…. I am not going back to that Taco Bell again.
