I think I am once again a Taco Bell fan. After ordering I realized why they get so many customers. It is the last fast food restaurant that allows a decent meal without costing a fortune. That should have you trying them if you have forgotten. Dump Chipotle, and head to TB today.

I have never ordered online pickup where you could only order $50 including the tax. The option to pick it up inside was for some reason not optional. When we had went to pick it up, some of the employees were complaining about how many items had extra things added to them which was adding a few toppings and a sauce. Our tacos were made incorrectly. One had steak instead of chicken, and a few of them had tomatoes when I have choosen to put none. Honestly it wasn’t that big of a deal but still worth mentioning. This place needs to get their employees to be respectful and to close their mouth if it is not anything good coming out of it. We were only 0.6 miles away from this specific taco bell and our food was still cold. Definitely not worth going to this location.

We just wanted to grab some food and have a bathroom break, so we stopped here. Usually taco bell is one of our favorite fast food places, but this one was SEVERELY understaffed, with only 2 people working here, we had to pay at the counter even though we ordered on the kiosk, but the people where in the back, goofing off and not paying attention. The floor by the soda machine was covered in trash, and the bathroom was disgusting! Our food was dry and probably the worst I’ve had for taco bell. Someone needs to help these guys out.

Employees are trying their best at this location, but your management is poor. Managers can do paperwork after the rush is done and they do not need to do paperwork in a restaurant until the end of their shift when you finalize everything. Managers here need to get it together and help their crew. Their crew is struggling and you guys are not helping them at all. Constantly see managers come from the back doing paperwork, right in the middle of rush.

This location is exponentially better than the one off Veterans next to Maverik. They actually stay open past 7pm and they get your order correct. The staff is friendly and the food is relatively fresh. Best location in South Reno!

Rude workers here. We walk in, the lady behind the counter immediately says go use the kiosk. I have 2 orders I need to place. The first one was done pretty fast. She calls my name, I say we are still ordering. She says to her co worker kinda snotty, how is she still ordering?

Is this a joke @Tacobell? The last 2 times I came here I received incorrect items even though the receipt has it correct. And the items I did receive that were correct looked like they had been smashed with a hammer. Does that picture look like an edible taco!?

If I could give it zero stars I would. The Mexican pizza shells were rancid tasting and I got ill a few hours after eating it. I should have thrown the dang thing away, but was in a hurry. Their dining room was closed, so I would have had to wait in the long drive thru line to return it. Lesson learned.
